All Mcfadden has proven is that he is a bust. We dont know what Christine can do.

Yes we do. He was drafted in 2013 in the second round. Since then, he has been the 3rd and 4th string running back for the Seahawks which this year, he was replaced by a 34 year old has-been running back that only produced a single season with rushing yards over 1,000. (1,062 to be exact, which doesn't make even that impressive.) That was in 2009!!!!

Let that sink in. Replaced by a 34 year old has-been running back that wasn't all that great a running back in the first place.

Yeah, Christine Michael has DEFINITELY had his chance to shine. Instead he got booted for an old has-been running back that hasn't rushed for a 1,000 yards in the last 5 years.

It's a little simplistic that Collins gets all the credit for the long drives while Berny gets blame for the short ones. Don't you think? Theres a lot more going on than just the RG.

There is a lot going on. For one these guys are rotating at LG.

No they dont. This is his 3rd year, and he was behind Lynch, how many opportunities was he really going to get?
He only has 52 carries for his career for 254 yards and 4.9 yards per carry. So when did he get his opportunity? He seemed to do good with carries they did give him.

McFadden is here first and he has real game experience. McFadden has proven more than Christine has in this league, so he gets the benefit of the doubt.

Should here first really matter? That sounds like the beginning of an argument between my 6 year old and 3 year old.

Looking at the last 3 years and so far this year, the only thing McFadden has proven is that he is good for 3.3 or less yards per rush.

Maybe the coaches know something about Christine Michael that makes him stay inactive. We can't really know the reasoning. It just looks bad when it looks like a players lack of production has no bearing on his playing time...like I said previously....if 2.8 YPC isn't enough to get you to take a game off then what is? 2.5ypc, 2.0 YPC?

He was replaced by a 34 year old has-been. That doesn't happen if you're good. Your argument holds no merit compared to that.

Look at my last post in this thread. Or hell, the top post in this thread on page 2.

And Mcfadden was let go by the Raiders, that there destroys your argument.

Not really, Mcfadden is active because he can pass protect, I doubt it has anything to do with his running ability.

I agree with that for the most part. Although, if you give McFadden a big enough hole, he can definitely take it to the house. (he is extremely fast once he gets those wheels rolling) The problem is, that doesn't happen in the NFL that often like it does in college football.

We should have invested in RB. Especially considering Romo's age and durability. Now we're stuck without a serious passing (Romo), running (Murray) or catching (Dez) threat. I want to have faith these next 7-8 games but it's hard to when I consider the caliber of offensive talent.

Should have kept Callahan. That would have helped the running game more than a RB IMO.

Speed is pretty much all Mcfadden has, and since Romo is out with injury, then now is the best time to Michael some carries and see whst he can do with it.

McFadden was active and Michael was not. You lose. :)

Maybe Michael can change that, not until he does....

Bledsoe was active over Brady - Brady sucked
Felix Jones was active over Murray - Murray Sucked
Wes Welker was traded to the Patriots - Jets must know something about Wes Welker that we don't know.
Buffalo Bills traded Lynch to Seattle Seahawks - He's washed up, he's done, he's injury prone

The list goes on and on with these kind of things. Sometimes players do well with other teams, this is nothing new.

Yet the stubborn coaching staff will continue to rotate them. Sort of like trading for C Michael and deactivating him each weak when McFadden is averaging 2.8 YPC on the season.

Being a Monday morning QB sure is easy isn't it?

None of that carries any logical merit for what you are trying to imply. Or are you just spitting hyperbole in attempts to prove an illogical point? I'm a logical person, so your attempt to attack my emotional state with hyperbole won't work. I don't fall for bull**** like that.

Your entire stance has been illogical though. It has already been pointed out with the comparison between Michael and McFadden.

The argument that a player won't do well here because he failed elsewhere just doesn't work. Right now, McFadden is underwhelming. Anyone getting upset with the fact that we should go another direction makes me question why. You have yet to answer that with any kind of merit.
