If that's true I'm honestly quite shocked that they did in fact suspend him.
I really didn't think they would.
I didn't either. That's a HUGE blow for the Lions.

Wow.
Thats enough of me playing internet attorney. Didnt think it would happen.

The pessimist in me thinks this is some dog and pony show with the NFL, dropping the hammer with the suspension and then reducing it to a fine on appeal to try and split the difference on this issue. But we shall see.
Of further interest, article on Suh suspension over at Blogging the Boys reports that the other Dt Fairley is injured and may not be able to play the game either. That would leave a crater in that team's defensive middle. Based on those two being their most dominant players, if out, they may not even be able to run their defense as they normally would.
Rodgers didn't help dispel any of those - ahem - rumors about him with that slap..
If it's true it would be a shame since you want to play a team at their best but I doubt Dallas will mind
Jedi mind trick? Lol
There should be no apologies for any breaks the Cowboys get in the playoffs after going 12-4 and having to play in the Wild Card round.
Thank God. Screw all this "I want them at full strength" crap. Anything that helps us win is good with me, and I don't want that thug anywhere near Romo's back.
I was hoping the appeal wouldn't happen too soon. That way he could play this weekend against Dallas, get signed by the Cowboys in the off season and then have to miss the first game with Dallas after he loses his appeal. Then we could see at least a few fans backtrack on whether they think he should be suspended.
