How often are suspensions overturned by appeal?

If only rarely, then wow - this is even weirder.

I'd pay good money to see that!

Like coach Garrett said, they're not going to get caught up in what is going on with the other team, the Cowboys are going to focus on themselves,,, though I'm sure the Suh thing might change their blocking schemes slightly.

Let the punk play. He is not going to get after Romo or Murray. The Fredbeard likes to have a legal fight and if that dirty punk thinks it's going to be easy this time, he has another thing coming, and he won't like it.

Besides, if the Cowboys do win this game with the Lions with Suh, the better the team will feel! No excuses...then the media can kiss Dallas's ***!

Nothing shows good sportsmanship like stepping and putting all your weight on a guys ankle.

see 10 times worse every single game, someone trying to regain his balance who steps on someone ankle with his back completely turned and can't even see Rodgers...I guess Suh has eyes in the back of his head.....if he stomped his foot on his ankle, then I agree he should of been suspended, didn't see anything that warranted a suspension..

if he were playing the giants, patriots or any other east coast team this week, i promise you the result would have been different. can't even remember the last time I've heard about a win on an appeal.

Ed Reed and it was Ted Cottrell on that appeal as well.

Well I guess I'm glad he's playing.
Let's see him pull some crap and have Witten lead the charge of the O line.

The first wasn't good enough?

That whole thing was beyond outrageous.

When someone claims that it the cap situation was "most notable", the implication is that there are other instances of strings being pulled to screw other teams. Keep in mind that there were 29 other teams and the NFLPA that agreed with what was proposed with regards to the Cowboys and Commanders penalties, whether we deem it just or unjust.

He primarily lines up on the RG so Martin will be the likely draw with Fred likely helping out some.

I'm annoyed that Suh wasn't suspended because I thought he deserved to get suspended. But if the Cowboys are going to make a run in the playoffs, they have to be prepared to play against the best of every opponent. And that includes Suh. Yeah, the Lions have a very good run defense. But the Cowboys have other offensive weapons to roll out.

So much the better. Some Cowboy should explain to him before the game. If he pulls a stunt Sunday. He'll never walk without a limp for the rest of his worthless life.
