As Marinelli said, "There are four letters that will fully give us an indication of where Jaylon is..."

April was when he came out with the video of him going over hurdles without the tape job and lifting his foot.

Got a lot of hate for saying that he was lifting his foot. @Alexander likes to compare it to the JFK photos and @CalPolyTechnique heaped all kinds of hate that saw him go on vacation twice. There were plenty others.

They won't ever admit it but they know I was right and we know it so that is good enough for me.
Yep they disappear when the facts are proven. I enjoy reading your information, always full of good Intel. Keep doing what you do

yea ok so why did he fall when a 10 year old jukes him out - the way he fell his knee is no where close to being ready to play - I will bet you he will never play in a meaningful game - another wasted draft pick

The main hurdle that I was concerned with has now been passed(movement of toes and foot). It is all ball-bearings(classic Fletch quote) from here and he should reach maximum potential sooner than later :)

Who knows, he may be able to ditch the device by seasons end.....

Have you considered the idea that he did it intentionally?

Like.....you're kidding right? This can't be a serious post.

Or did you expect Jaylon to body slam a 10 year old?

Surely you understand that Jaylon was playing around with the kids and having fun? Right? You get that? Right?

My gosh you are so full of crap.

I provided the time stamp and post # of me claiming back in February that I believe Jaylon was gaining functionality with his foot.

YOUR response: Ignore. Repeat. Claim victory.

I stated months ago that Jaylon was wearing a more streamlined device.

YOUR response: Claiming stridently that he wasn't despite the photo evidence.

Beyond that, in your effort to back slap yourself, you run into self-contradiction. You've claimed FOR MONTHS that Jaylon was brace free entirely, pointing to grainy still shots of Jaylon jumping on a "trampoline" as supposed proof. What this current article provides is proof that Jaylon, while improving, was and still is wearing some form of a brace.

LOL.

Am I missing obvious sarcasm here?

Please tell me I am. Please, please.

As far as Jaylon's recovery is concerned, he seems to be doing well. I fail to see why some here act as though they aren't pulling for him. In any event, he'll be tested much more thoroughly whenever TC, preseason and the regular season commence. Let's try to stay optimistic until then, unless you're intent upon being a subversive malcontent. We're all Cowboys fans, are we not? C'mon, man . . . ;)
Being right trumps everything to some people it would seem.

Never doubted the player ...... Jaylon is an incredible human being, the kind of man you would want your daughter to marry ....... If he says he can beat this ....... I believe him.

Yeah, you don't bet against people like Jaylon and remain solvent very long.

I'm trying to temper my expectations because he was a beast but no one (to my knowledge) has tried to play through this with a brace. Hats off to the kid for all the work he's done just to get to this point. Some guys would've given up facing such odds.

I hope he can reach his full potential.

Definitely read the rest of the article, this is the most comprehensive piece done on Jaylon's recovery process yet.

Here's another good snippet.

I try not to get over excited, but any improvement is good. I think the nerves are firing and it took a year for that too happen. nerves are notoriously slow in repairing, so it maybe another year before he is fully healed.

with that said, I am tempering my expectations for this year. he is going to contribute. he is a smart player, he still can accomplish quite a lot. will he be as good in coverage? depends on impact/limitations on his change of direction skills. so perhaps, a 2 down player, but an impactful 2 down player to start with, and next year to be an every down impactful player dominating in the middle.
