I agree. Physically Dak is superior. Both have strengths both have flaws but as of now both have shown they can’t win with this organization….same guy:
Mental processing speed, Romo was off the charts football intelligent. He never had even an above average defense and usually a porous line until the end of his career. If Parcells only had someone else hold the field goal snap or if the refs only trusted their eyes when a WR makes a catch and the ball never touches the ground... hard luck Romo...

Dak, great leadership and better than average skills. He has had weapons around him. But, under great pressure, he simply has not performed well at all in big games.

Staubach better than Aikman. Jackie Smith cost him a Super Bowl. Romo better than White. I watched White's whole career and while a good QB he was not special in any way.

Yep….Romo under pressure wasn’t able to pressure wasn’t able to lift his game up.

Romo was known for not being football intelligent. This rumor started going around when he started announcing and analyzed some stuff. Which is something any backup QB in the NFL could do.

Bus driverish. Not all that much difference between the two.

In 2009, Romo had the 9th ranked D in the NFL. 2nd in points.

Here's another factoid: When Romo got tired of being beat up due to crapp OLine, he told Jerry he'd only renegotiate his contract if Jerry took a 1st round C. Thus, Fredbeard was born. However, Jerry agreed, but only if Romo agreed to spend more time at the star and took football more seriously.

Romo never read D's all that well which is why he had to scramble around forever to find someone open.
