Yep. This thing is far from over... Good chance Zeke still plays all year. The only thing the backfired for Zeke and NFLPA was the jurisdiction. Irreparable harm still in play here. It's just shifting courts.

I thought I read that it voided certain guarantees. Is there something more specific/concrete and could it set up Dallas for a lower financial commitment going forward?

No way I can give Zeke a 2nd contract with him already serving a 6 game suspension in just his 2nd year. If we finish with a top 5 pick I'm drafting Saquon Barkley. The NFL will suspend Zeke for anything now especially after he admitted to using some pretty serious drugs in college.

It doesn’t matter. Even if running back could be considered a priority, no one could convince me that it would be wise to draft another one that high.It would only be one of several priorities… And not the highest one.

So you are saying it was the majority of the owners that disregarded the recommendation of the only investigator that interviewed all parties involved and instead decided to believe the word of a white female accuser over a black man. With his injunction lifted, I think they can impose the suspension unless/until Elliott's appeal is decided.

Just tired of this mess. I don't think Zeke's slip in performance is a coincidence - it has to be a distraction for him and his preparation. I don't think it should be used as an excuse, but it is what it is at the moment.
