You should be proud your guy made it to the super bowl. Does being there in street clothes still count?
I am proud of him.

He will be there....just have to wait a bit.

-The refs cannot decide a game. That 3rd down call was a touch foul at best. The commissioner was raving how the officiating is so good during the week, but it decided the football game for the championship of the league. Eagles down 3 with over a minute left still had a chance.
The refs didn't decide the game, and it wasn't a touch foul, the defender clearly grabbed the back of the receiver's jersey (holding call) on the initial break out and up...Bradbury the Eagles defender on the play after the game even said he held on the play...

You know for a fact that I literally said Hurts would be the best QB in the division this season and now you're trying to say you're one of the only ones to see it?

Commmeeeee onnnnnnn lol

You have no idea what you're talking about. All you think you know is Dak.
You said it....this year.

You said nothing of the sort last year or in the offseason. You said it in preseason.

HUGE difference.

Nice try though.

Depends on the QB. What works great for QB's like Hurts and Mahomes might not work as well for the Dak's of the NFL.
 You guys and Dak......it never ends. It appears it can work with ANY QB or hell any player playing QB for that matter. You have nearly the whole damn team pushing the QB forward. What does that have to do with how good Mahomes or Hurts is?

Agree, have to finish the OL first, then surround our QB with elite, skilled positional players. I really want an elite TE and a legitimate high-end #2 WR. Also, got to build around how to stop the Eagles. Need that #2 corner to match up against Smith, one who has elite speed/quickness.
For your wishes to come true we have to spend in free agency. Not going to happen.

Even the Eagle player admitted it was a hold and the right call…good grief. And the rules analyst stated if you watched the entire play you’ll see the Philly player held twice. A game shouldn’t be decided by allowing the defence to hold…the refs made the right call…
Let the Eagles and their *** hat fans drown in their misery. The way they lost couldn’t have happened to a more deserving fanbase.

The city of Philthy is probably a pile of smoldering ash this morning.

Cry Eagles Cry!

The #2 Receiver is my hope in fa or the trade market, the others can be addressed via the draft. This year's WR class is all about those Devonta Smith types, small receivers which this team has never drafted.

You will get the OBJ bidding wars and like it. If Arizona is smart they can get a first for Hopkins. So many teams need number 1s. Maybe we should have traded that second for Cooks. Might have been a different outcome for us.

No chance, Hopkins gets a 1st rd pick as he wants he contract extended.

This the best ya got, Ken?

The guy you bet me Dak would have a better season then just won the league and Super Bowl MVP hahahahahahahahahahahaha

You have no idea what a good QB looks like. You've proven that. Your takes aren't based in reality.
I only took you off ignore for a moment.

Would you shut up about this stupid bet?

This is a given, considering Jerry admitted there is still interest in OBJ. But at the end of the day, this game is still about scoring points. I mean the Eagles totally dominated TOPs but were only up by 6 points at end of the 3rd period.

One major takeaway from this game for me is this game highlights just how hard it is to win a Super Bowl. With all the Eagle's talented coaches and players ( they are stacked, no question about that ) vs Reid, Mahomes, an ALL-Pro TE and DE still couldn't get it done.

All you need is a bidding war. I know for a fact Baltimore wants him. Chicago, Dallas, Giants, Cleveland, Chargers, ect will probably inquire about him.

I wouldn't bring the bet up if Ken didn't feel the need to chirp everytime he sees me post.

If you don't chirp at me then I won't have any reason to remind you that you have no idea what you're talking about.

Out of sight out of mind they say.

Yeah they did. People should be blaming Bradberry, not the refs. Don't put your arm across the WRs body, because that's all the ref saw from his angle in the endzone. We wouldn't want another one of those Saints/Rams non call whine fest we had several years back.

When the player the foul was called on comes out and says he did grab the jersey, that means it was a legit call.

Hurts fumble for TD and the long punt return allowed is what lost the game for the Eagles.
I think the 24 points given up by the Philly D in the 2nd half didn't help matters much either.

A couple of things….
That was a hold.
No one played defense last night
AJ Brown is awesome
Kelce is awesome
Panchecko is a 7th round draft pick
And Reid and Company can coach

-The refs cannot decide a game. That 3rd down call was a touch foul at best. The commissioner was raving how the officiating is so good during the week, but it decided the football game for the championship of the league. Eagles down 3 with over a minute left still had a chance.

-Elite Offensive Lines were on display. Eagles led the league in sacks, Chiefs didn't give up a single one. Eagles did the same. Chiefs lost to TB to cause their OL couldn't hold up as did the Bengals this year. Cowboys need to finish their OL rebuilding job.

-Running the football still matters in this modern age of the game. Chiefs ran the ball over 150 yards, Eagles have one of the hardest run game to defend in this league. Hurts QB sneak in short yardage, probably the most indefensible play. Mobile QB's getting those key 3rd down picks are also huge.

-Elite TE's are such a mismatch for any defense. Yes, we know Kelce is special, but Godert was killing the Chiefs for most of the night, making tough catch after tough catch. Many want to resign Shultz, he probably has maxed out his talent, wants to be paid like Kelce and is no where near elite.

-Talent around Hurts is elite full of playmakers from their great OLine, elite TE and two #1 receivers. There is a big gap in offensive talent that we need to close this offseason, having Noah Brown as our #2 receiver is laughable, probably wouldn't even make the Eagles final 53.

-Hurts is going to be a problem for a long time. It's up to Dan Quinn to figure his kryptonite this offseason and ways to defend him moving forward. Eagles no doubt will be handing him a huge extension this offseason, where their talent might be less, but that offense is so unique to defend. They also have a top 10 pick in the draft.
- Bradberry admitted after the game he grabbed him and hoped the refs didn't see him pull the jersey. There is a still photo floating round that shows Bradberry clearly pulling the jersey. Yeah, it's close and yeah it sucks in that spot but he did grab and he admitted he did it and was hoping the refs didn't see it.

- Yep. Invest more in both lines Jerry. Stop the stupidity with your obsession with TBs (I fear we use our first round pick on a TB).

- Yes, the Chiefs ran for 150 but a chunk of that was on scrambles by Mahomes. Having a mobile QB is a must in today's league IMO unless you are Tom Brady in his prime.

- If this team wants to get more athletic at TE, Kincaid could be sitting there at #26 in the draft. He's a glorified WR playing TE (like Tyler Eifert back in the day and Kyle Pitts now).

- Yep. It's still mindnumbing that our two dipwad GMs thought we had more than enough at WR this season. Geezus.

- I am not ready to annoint Hurts just yet but he was great this year. It will be interesting to watch going forward as DCs see more and more of him. Further, he could be losing his OC who is a favorite for the Indy job I believe.
