I just can’t understand why Cowboys fans want to make excuses for the Eagles. You don’t call hold8ng in that situation away from the ball, but you have to call it when thats where the ball was being thrown.

I hate the Eagles more than any team in any sport! I wish nothing but misery to them and their fans.

And I’m starting be sick of Cowboys fans who want to do nothing but hate on the Cowboys. The world is just so confusing.

Clearly they have to address the need in a big way and cannot assume Gallup returns to his previous form. Think we have to address that and depth at the position. The good news is, this ownership has always prioritized the WR position and will be aggressive filling the need. Mike Evans would be an excellent get, depending on his price on the trade market. Still believe OBJ is the odds on favorite.

Already tired of the crying over 1 call.

How about not giving up a back breaking punt return? How about now allowing WRs running wide open on goalline plays?
It's the fact that the call decided the game that's so bad. It was a close call, but the refs were not calling much all game. If that was the cowboys, this board would have a complete meltdown.

- Bradberry admitted after the game he grabbed him and hoped the refs didn't see him pull the jersey. There is a still photo floating round that shows Bradberry clearly pulling the jersey. Yeah, it's close and yeah it sucks in that spot but he did grab and he admitted he did it and was hoping the refs didn't see it.

- Yep. Invest more in both lines Jerry. Stop the stupidity with your obsession with TBs (I fear we use our first round pick on a TB).

- Yes, the Chiefs ran for 150 but a chunk of that was on scrambles by Mahomes. Having a mobile QB is a must in today's league IMO unless you are Tom Brady in his prime.

- If this team wants to get more athletic at TE, Kincaid could be sitting there at #26 in the draft. He's a glorified WR playing TE (like Tyler Eifert back in the day and Kyle Pitts now).

- Yep. It's still mindnumbing that our two dipwad GMs thought we had more than enough at WR this season. Geezus.

- I am not ready to annoint Hurts just yet but he was great this year. It will be interesting to watch going forward as DCs see more and more of him. Further, he could be losing his OC who is a favorite for the Indy job I believe.
Excellent response!

-Bradberry did also get away from a non-call early in the game on a third down pass.
-Dak still has mobility and needs to use his legs more often, like he did against the Bucs in the playoffs.
-Kincaid is the best receiving TE in the class, but Mustgrave, Kraft aren't far behind, where Mayer is probably the best balance guy. Give me one of them!
-Let's see what not only Quinn but the other DC's come up with in the offseason to stop that read-option offense. Problem is, they are loaded with talent around him and makes it very difficult to defend. If the Eagles extend him, they aren't going to be able to keep such a talented roster together.

All you need is a bidding war. I know for a fact Baltimore wants him. Chicago, Dallas, Giants, Cleveland, Chargers, ect will probably inquire about him.
I rather get a receiver who can stretch the field and will go get the football. We already have that Hopkins type with Lamb.

This is a given, considering Jerry admitted there is still interest in OBJ. But at the end of the day, this game is still about scoring points. I mean the Eagles totally dominated TOPs but were only up by 6 points at end of the 3rd period.

One major takeaway from this game for me is this game highlights just how hard it is to win a Super Bowl. With all the Eagle's talented coaches and players ( they are stacked, no question about that ) vs Reid, Mahomes, an ALL-Pro TE and DE still couldn't get it done.
Turnovers are always the biggest equalizier, if Hurts does hand 7 points, they were probably going to have a 14-17 point lead at half, rather then 10. This is the biggest area we need from Dak next season, have to protect the football at all costs and don't give teams easy points or short fields.

Even the Eagle player admitted it was a hold and the right call…good grief. And the rules analyst stated if you watched the entire play you’ll see the Philly player held twice. A game shouldn’t be decided by allowing the defence to hold…the refs made the right call…
Bradberry is a free agent who wants some team to think highly enough of him to give him more than a one year contract and more money than the Eagles did. Complaining about officiating, under any circumstance, does not serve him at this point in his career.

Hyatt, Tennessee fits that bill. We might have to move up in the second to get him. We are probably running WCO variation so we probably want bigger receivers. The Cowboys don’t seem to like one trick ponies and you better be able to block because the Cowboys plan to establish the run.

Instead of throwing blame at the refs, Philly fans should throw some shade at Hurts for putting the ball on the ground.

Actually did a little research on him a couple of weeks ago. The Bucs are $55M over the cap. He has a $23M cap hit in 2023. I think he gets released coz they will need to his help to restructure the cap and I don't see him doing that w/o some new guaranteed money and years. But he could very well be out of our price range.

If that happened to the Cowboys, we would be saying the same things.

My take:
KC outscored Philly 24 to 11 in the second half. Mahomes on one leg cemented his 2022 season MVP status with an equally impressive SB MVP performance.

Jalen Hurts ran and threw the ball well.

It was just that Andy Reid's second half gameplan was too much of a challenge for the Eagle defense and further enhanced his HOF coaching legacy.
Philly has two 1st round picks and an excellent GM but faces a lot of turnover as most all teams do every offseason.
They will still be in the NFC East mix for the playoffs imo regardless.
On the other side, KC is continuing to set a standard of excellence with consistent post season success and whose QB is just a notch above his peers right now.

Oh Dallas?
Prolly 8 to 11 wins. Wildcard win or loss and then exit home to watch again.

Coaching will have negligible results and possible regression on QB.
Will usher in a new coaching regime.

Probably have to take Hyatt at 26, if you want him, he is a rising prospect who yet to run. Once he shows that 4.3 speed, he will become a 1st rd prospect. I believe Hyatt/Addision would be considered as they are both 6 feet, but cannot see them drafting a 5'8-5'10 type which there are many in this year's class.

It’s a balance between a proven wr...vrs...a at minimum learning curve of a draft pick or maybe a bust pick...

Our window won’t last forever....between cap, ageing vets...

Philadelphia got owned in the 2nd half…KC just got better as the game rolled along…and just maybe KC having to play a legit QB in the AFC championship prepared them better for a 4 quarter game…
Yeah I saw someone say if Philly just had a bit more time they would have won. It really felt like if there was a bit more time KC would have pulled further and further away.

Unstoppable in the 2nd half.

I'm also hearing Keenan Allen could also be in the same situation. Last time they felt about needing a receiver, then traded for Cooper. They are going to fill this need and in a big way!

One thing I noticed was all the wide open receivers in this game.

Not sure if the fault lays with Moore or our WR group, likley a combination of both, but separation was a major issue for Dallas in 2022 and needs to improve next season.
