Tashard Choice is pissed with his role

He's one of the view guys that should have the right to voice how pissed he is about his role or lack thereof. This guy's proven, he had his chances and he made the best out of them. Start him and Felix. I don't dislike Barber, he can run with a lot of heart, but he hasn't lost a step, he's lost three.

3 pages into the YEA HE SHOULD BE MAD responses i have to wonder how many people listened to it vs. now are thinking he actually said that because of a stupid suject line that i still can't validate being said.

Ok fine...are YOU happy with his role? Just a simple question....

we have a QB who can throw the ball and so many want to put that away and follow some dusty guide in how to play in the NFL.

if we tried to run that many times, the same people mad would just be mad cause we're not using romo to his full potential.

mad people are just mad. why is never really much of a consideration as to why.

There are just certain games where pounding the rock is in order but no not every game. If Romo is having a bad day you might as well just try to run it along with a bunch of dink and dunk type of passes.

I like the three headed monster because the RB position is always injury prone. I am not convinced any of our backs can play a full sched.

Know your role, Jabroni

sorry - not going to get divered. besides, i already said above what i'd like to see.

but just because i'm not happy with a given role doesn't mean it's ok to start threads saying "XYZ Player is MAD AS HELL about 120" when that's not what was said.

i'm just amazed at how many people are going YEA!!! w/o even listening to the interview.

I think someone posted his salary over the next couple of years at about $4 mil per year, which isn't a ridiculous amount and some other team could just cut him before he's due another large bonus as part of that contract.

I just don't think he can perform at the same level as Felix Jones or Choice.

I'd trade him just to get our 5th round pick back.

He was a 4th rounder I think. I remember it being a good pick. I think he got the money and thought flopping around after a run more than two yards would be ok from there on out.

i didn't disagree.

i just said (and feel free to quote me on this) it's monkeybuttnugget stupid to put up some numbers we have to run each and every game or we've failed.

he has not been the same since he got his money. hindsight says it was a mistake.

He can be pissed all he wants. He's a 4th rounder, with 2 years left on his contract. Shut up and do what you're told.

If he is unhappy with his role, he can always leave his game check unclaimed at the payroll office.

You want to play elsewhere? Just ask management.

Venger
P.S. Though he is likely as sick as I am of seeing him in the Wildcat...

I agree that post heading should not be mis-leading....

I've just wondered if TC was upset with it for quite a while....

Agreed. We need to set an example and cut him.

Not Realistic!! Go back and look at there stats. The put up almost 30 touches this year. If you think another 5 or so touches per game is unrealistic!!

35 touches per game, including receptions on a team that has Austin and Witten getting a ton of receptions.

The "#2" receiver had what? Less than 40 receptions.

Those numbers you put up there aren't realistic.

Agreed....and we probably SHOULD have run 5 more times per game with Felix this year.....we were middle of the pack when it come down to attempts and towards the top when it comes to YPA and yards.

With that much of an effective running game 5 more carries per game really isn't much.

well, i think we went into this season thinking WR would fail us and in the end, it was our running game.

garrett. barber. jerry jones. felix injury history, choice mad as hell and not going to take it anymore...

as fans i don't think we ever saw it coming that it would fail as badly as it did. in minny i was cringing at 3rd and 1 and hoping to GOD we'd not give it to barber. that's pretty sad, so i'm there with the frustrations.

but it's also frustrating for people to make up headlines like that but then, kinda funny to just watch people agree with such force over something that in the end was never said how presented.
