Would rather trade for more defensive help.
Yes, but Dissly is good, although that doesn't help them this year on IR
I would trade him and a pickI'd be very interested but the Cowboys won't be. They'd see it as disrespect to Saint Jason of Knoxville.
I hope you’re just trying to be funny.I’m nervous about Jerral Wayne trading for TE named OJ.
Once dealt a 4th and 7th for OJ Santiago.
Man considering the money we're about to give Dak and Amari, tight end is a position where it'd be best to address in the draft so we get 5 years of relatively cheap control. No doubt we'd have to re-sign him. Maybe a sign and trade? Im not sure you get him for much less due to talent level and draft capital invested.
This season is nore an indictment on his coach than anyone else imo. I dont believe Arians has ever featured or even had strong TE production. In his defense he has Evans and Godwin dominating the ball. OJ needs a change of scenery.

Based on his production, his pay should be relatively cheap. He's not close to playing at an elite level yet.You would know better than me. I do know that OJ is in the 99th percentile for his athletic abilities. Hes one of the measurably best TEs to come out ever. That said, he will also need to be paid and thats probably the biggest concern.
2020 and then 5th year option for 2021.That's a little much considering he's only under contract for one more season.

So a 2nd for 2 1/2 years of Howard. I think we will be drafting in a similar range as last year. Pick 58 for 2.5 years of Howard is worth it for me.
Yep yep would go get him, Witten would be good for him
They like Brate a lot and I think Arians is more of 10 and 11 personnel guy, whereas we like our 12 personnel packages (as do I).That sounds reasonable. Again, why aren’t they trying to use him?
12 personnel and a much easier transition next year. How would Howard sitting behind Witten, who can’t play at all be good for him?
The landscape of the nfl is changing. No longer are draft picks sacrosanct like before. Short term rebuilds are the rage now. Long term rebuilds get GM's fired in today's nfl. Not out gm, but all the rest. Plus no comp picks with trades.
