The Rams have the 6th most homegrown players on a team of any team in the league, but they don't just do it one way.

There is no one way. You should be finding ALL ways to find talent and ID deals.

we should be trading some players to the Rams or teams that think like them....I would part ways with Dak, Cooper, Lawrence, or Zeke for some high picks, best time to do that is right before their rookie deals are done.

Results, that is what matters they have a shot at a title that's what owners, coaches, players, and fans want. Thinking outside the box has shown results, thinking inside Jerry's box hasn't. The Rams are in the SB for the second time since trading all those picks so in a result-based business it appears their model is better than Jerry's 27-year model. You can't compete for a championship with one and done or believing every year "it's a championship roster" as your sales pitch.
But like I asked earlier who’s to say they wouldn’t have been a better team if they had kept their picks?

Not all of the players were the wrong players
Of course not. Jerry's throwing darts, bound to hit a decent one now and again. Not sure what the point is, though, Jerry's signed a pile of players who kept us from being good. And that's not even mentioning his draft gaffes.

I’d argue most of them were the right players. But when you spend in free agency or trade for certain guys this is the potential downfall of it.
Brandon Carr, Cedric Thornton, Poe, McCoy, Brad Johnson, Hardy, Pacman

Who are the right ones?

Yep and it's a difficult concept for CAP Denier's to take in. After maxing out on the designer labels, those are the the only Basement Bargains we can afford.

What do you want? they've been 1 of the better teams collecting talent recently, He brought in Galloway, he didn't know Aikman would get hurt. The bad signing was Roy Williams, he never made a difference. He brought in Sanders , won a championship
