The Rams suck. They were just lucky last year. They could have easily lost and ended up with nothing for a decade or longer. They are in a very bad place.

Yeah well, I wouldn’t mind getting lucky and winning one. I get that long term it isn’t a good plan, but our plan for the last 25+ years hasn’t worked even once so…

And as Rams fade to irrelevancy...

Lions are a few points from winning 4 in a row. They have 2 top 10 picks in the first round; two picks in the second round.

I'd take 1 Super Bowl like they just got you wouldn't?

Three losing seasons where your team is unwatchable in exchange for one Super Bowl?
Don't think I'd make that choice.

Jerry should secretly buy another team...Then he could trade all of that team's picks to the Cowboys.

Unfortunately it would only remain a secret if Jerry didn't know about it...

Maybe Stephen Cap Boy Jones can pull it off.
- He could dump salary cap hits to that team.
I like the way you think!!

right. nobody WANTS to be awful, but many would gladly trade it for a title
I would trade 1 year of awful, maybe 2 years, but not 10 years. The only hope for a successful season is to not be awful. Of course, I’ve been fortunate to witness 5 SB titles & 3 SB losses & there are those that have seen neither.

The Saints are only a game behind TB in the win column. It's not inconceivable that they still win the division. That would be the ultimate screw job on the Eagles. Not likely but would still be funny

I'm not sure how it effects the Eagles who will probably have a bye?

I live in Michigan so they're my 2nd favorite team by default....it would appear the long suffering is about to be over. Tomorrow they're activating Jameson Williams who was last season shredding Georgia's D last year. If he wouldn't have hurt his knee, Bama wins that game IMO. He's active tomorrow and they have the Rams 1st rounder next draft....likely a top 5 pick plus their own number one. They are coming believe it or not. They've been in every game this season and will still probly win 7 or 8 games. Good season for them actuallly....progress for sure.

Their plan is working now and they could get lucky this year.

I'd love for the Lions to do well and they look to be on the verge.

rams are no model in team building.

They won a Super Bowl!! That takes care of multiple decades of failure, look no further than the Jerry apologists for confirmation. Jerry's still getting credit for signing checks back in the 90's

They have won all of 2 Super Bowls in their entire history. Jerry has won 3 and the Cowboys have won 5. I'll take Jerry and the Cowboys.
