Oh so he’s a better pocket passer than Mahomes and Burrow too? Is that what you’re saying?

just to say I think there's a tendency to downplay how well Hurts played.
Hurts is still ascending. He arguably played the best SB of any QB ever and yes that included some really high level passes. Nothing is guaranteed .... but it's silly how some want to continue to dismiss him based on "old" perceptions.

Prescott is a better passer and Hurts is a better runner. Edge goes to Hurts because he's played in a SB.
how so? Hurts passing numbers were quite solid. He has a career 62.3 completion % when passing 25+ yards.

I don't think it would be unfair to either to say the passing is a wash. Dak can't run any longer so clearly it's no competition in that department.

Move the goal posts and cherry pick all you want. Dak is the better passer. And we already know that Hurts had much more to work with and a better line. So no he wasn the better passer. He just had much better players around him.
Who was Troy Aikman without his OL, Emmitt, and Michael? Answer: Average

Dak wasn't the better passer last year, though. Their completion percentages were pretty much the same, while Dak almost tripled Hurts in interceptions despite playing almost six fewer games.

Team and coaching obviously can play a role, which is why Hurts may not be the better QB this year. Other than Lamb, Dak had worse receivers overall to throw to, and some of those receivers caused some of his interceptions.

I just don't think based off last season, we can say that Dak was the better passer. He was the previous year, but not last year.
I think Hurts had a good year, i also think he was asked to throw the ball the least of any QB who started 15 games besides Justin Fields and Jacoby B.. he had a good year, he did not throw them into anything though thats just a myth.

Whats hard to understand, the eagles didnt ask Hurts to win by throwing the ball all over the place.. the only QB's that threw less than him where Justin Fields and Jacoby B...
When you have one of the best running games in the league, why would you want to pass more?:huh::huh::huh:

Hurts is also much better than Dak with the deep ball.
lol again you have no facts to back this up, Dak's average career deep ball rate is higher than Hurts best year which was last year..literally his best year doesn't beat Dak's career average.
