I haven't heard much from Terrance Steele this season... which is a good thing. It means he is doing his job.

We didnt even bother to trade Collins just a straight cut, that should tell the other teams something...

Lets not forget Dak is also due for a new contract soon. My guess is he gets a new contract from Dallas.
I thought Dak was signed through like 2025 or something. Hence his huge cap hit if we were to release him after 2023.

2025 and 2026 years of the contract are void years. So he is a Free Agent after 2024 season but his cap hits those year are 49m and 52m respectively..

@Risen Star come give us some sassy sarcasm about how Steele is trash
Dude just talks with conviction with nothing behind him and that's his power.

He's wrong like crazy while ridiculing others.

He's our quickest of news and everything else is either sarc-humor, or straight belittling of fellow posters that like him.

That's it.
And the news will come without him aniways.

I stilll like, well I still recognize hiw contributions.

No complaints. He is not going to make me forget Erik Williams anytime soon— but he is playing well overall.
Erik Williams talent, strength, quickness and pure ferociousness only comes once every 50 years or so in an offensive tackle. He was the very best offensive right tackle I have had the privilege to watch. He dominated all pro defensive linemen. No defensive lineman EVER got the better of EW.

I can see why the team went with him. All reports say he is a person who worked his butt of to get into the lineup. Not the most talented, but he used all of his focus on getting better physically and the front office is giving him credit for the hard work he has put in.

There is no doubt there are more talented players in the league, but you can't fault a guy for always working hard and being reliable for the team.

Just because he was a UDFA doesn’t mean he’s not talented. In college he had 47 starts at RT. The good thing about him is we haven’t heard his name called since Tampa I believe.

In this win streak, RT Terrence Steele is proving he is a major upgrade of Lael Collins.

We haven't heard about edge rushers beating him. We haven't heard his name called out because of
pressures, sacks, or even penalties since the Bucs game.

He's been very solid. And it may be premature jump gun, but this is another UFA player in
2023 that i think Stephen is gonna have to come really strong to re-sign him next offseason.
as NFL teams will pursue him and make it a bidding war for him.

And from what i'm hearing Lael has disappointed in Cincy.
Even saw a bench confrontation between Lael and coaches.

He's just not the same since that hip surgery, imo.- and the Cowboys knew it, and they were already
high upon Steele anyway. So it was evitable out with Lael and Steele the immediate future. .
Imo,they are pretty much the same, average.

Despite what many on here constantly say, the front office knows what it’s doing the majority of time. They knew Collins was lazy and entitled.
