I'm ready to move on from T-Wil. His bad plays negate his good plays and what you end up with is..........zero.

Doesn't have good hands. Doesn't run good routes. Doesn't have elite speed. One big 'Meh'.

I agree, if we're going to have to deal with him being a liability I'd rather spend the time developing Butler or Streets. Baby Hands has reached his potential. Let's see what the young receivers have.

There was nothing wrong with his route on the pick 6 play. The primary failure on that play was that Doug Free allowed his man to push him back into Cassel and his defender got his hand up right where Cassel needed to throw the ball. Cassel tried to throw around the defenders outstretched arm which caused the ball to be in the wrong location.

On the end zone INT, the other defender (not the one with the INT) should have been penalized for contact with Williams. He rakes his arm across Williams face-mask preventing him from properly tracking the ball in the air.

Terrence Williams is not smart enough to draw PI.

Sure Williams hasn't been at his best. But, he is the one getting the attention now. He was never #1 WR material.. That "DUCK", I mean "throw" by Cassel was horrible. Totally late on the throw, as well as with the 3rd pick too. I do like them taking the shot. Maybe the Giants don't go 99 fricking yards and score if Dallas had an actual good , not great, defense. Need more , or hell, at least one big play from the defense. Then, get back into the game and the ST's is a let down. It was just bad football all through the game.

I got a lot more to harp on than a WR who is making some plays, not nearly enough.

Williams is the kind of player you wanna pick up after he's been cut 2 or 3 times because he'll be on his last leg in the NFL and won't be able to afford to make the same mistakes over and over and over again.

That's a given, but people who have been told time and again that football is a team sport have a hard time accepting that losing two guys means you can't win a game.

Football is a team sport but the game is A LOT easier when you have a quarterback. Without the quarterback you all of a sudden have to play a flawless game. Your special teams has to do great for you, your defense has to play great, your running game and offensive line have to be great.......you are not going to be great in every facet of the game but without a quarterback you're essentially asking your team to be just that and that's unrealistic.

i heard it was all the other injuries, now its just these two? ok

You take away Brady and Gronkowski and what are the Pats? You take away Jordy Nelson and Rodgers and what are the Packers? They could've did decent if Romo were here. He automatically gives you a chance to win. ATLEAST A CHANCE. Not to mention this team is dependent on Romo and Dez. Those were the last two guys this team could afford to lose. Scandrick was big but they could've done decent without him due to the position he plays and their depth at the position.

And a safety and probably LB depending on McClain. And if Hardy doesn't stick, maybe a DE as well. But be patient my fellow fans. We're building something here. It just takes a little time.

A lot of those positions are already on this team. Some guys are just young and not ready to contribute.

Can't recall a player on the team that's had more hate threads started about them than Twill and this latest one is coming off a 4 catch 70 yard performance.

Here we go! Everybody sucks. Coaches, players, front office. People quitting already.

Right. Just 2 months ago everyone was ready to anoint Cole Beasley and put him in the Ring of Honor. Now he sucks. Everyone sucks. Its pathetic that fans can't handle losing without going over the top. Especially when as BAD as we've played.....we're still only one loss back in the loss column.

And he had around a hundred and a td if it wasn't for a duck.

And I don't understand it. He was a 3rd round pick. He gets touchdowns. He's a chest catcher. His limitiations are there but I don't remember anyone ever saying he's the next Jerry Rice. He was always meant to be a #2 or #3. Not only that......but I don't understand how you can see how inconsistent this offensive line has been, how the defense can't make turnovers or suspect the coaching staff has been but want to bring up Williams? I don't understand it. Like I know everyone is upset about the pick that Cassell through but give me a break. Why on earth would the coaching staff even ask Williams to run that type of route? The guy is a chest catcher. Why Williams is running anything other than slants is mind boggling to me.

He was the Cowboys second leading receiver yesterday and he's being hated on again. What strange fanbase this is.

Completely agree and the same thing can be said for Beasley. In camp he was unguardable - nobody could stay with him. They both are perfect examples of playing to their strengths.

Now they are being asked to change their roles and that's not who they are so let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater. When Tony and Dez get back they will still be the dangerous options we need them to be, until then we have to play the cards that are dealt.

It sucks but that's where we are.

Not to mention Cassel's audacity to even challenge a CB like DRC on that route. He should have watched more tape; he would have seen his best bet would have been to pick on the other CB.

For some reason Twill has been designated the whipping boy by many for the disappointing season the Cowboys are having. He's been put in a role that doesn't fit him due to the loss of Dez and he's being bashed for not producing like Dez.

I honestly can't believe people came out of the game and the first threads made were about Terrence Williams and Jerome Henderson. But that's how this place is. There's always that one scapegoat every year. Terrence Newman is gone, Roy Williams is gone, Miles is gone.......the Brandon Carr threads have died down but it seems like its the Terrence show now.

Makes no sense to me. TWill is what he is. He was never advertised as anything different. That Cassell pass was nothing more than a pass to DRC. I said it during the game I don't even blame Terrence for that. Sure he could've ran that route better but i'd love to know what moron thought that was a good route for him to run and for Cassell to throw it to him.
