I honestly can't believe people came out of the game and the first threads made were about Terrence Williams and Jerome Henderson. But that's how this place is. There's always that one scapegoat every year. Terrence Newman is gone, Roy Williams is gone, Miles is gone.......the Brandon Carr threads have died down but it seems like its the Terrence show now.

While we are at it, Im going to take a shot at Jeff Heath because I can.

T-Will isn't terrible; he is just not great.

It's amazing how great a lot of players look when they have all-world players (Romo and Dez) around them.
tru... I thought he was a real #2 but he's a #3 at best...

Some call me negative but for one day only I would love to see things from the perspective many here do but I doubt I could get my head that far up my ***. The Cowboys have been playing with stiffs at QB for the past 4 games so I don't know what everyone expects from any of our receivers with the QB situation. Twill is currently second on the team in receiving yards this season and is tied for the team lead with 2 receiving TD's. His 16.3 average leads the team.

I realize Cassel threw a couple bad passes, but Williams didn't help him out at all.

Williams telegraphed his break so badly on the TD pick that Rogers-Cromartie was already breaking to the ball when Williams was pitter patting his feet 10 times. Then his break was just as lazy, never getting to the spot. Even if he was wide open, he wouldn't have gotten to the ball in time.

Then on the "punt" that Cassel threw up into the stratosphere, all Williams had to do was let the corner run over him as he turned around and realized he ball was short. He could have gotten a pass interference pretty easily. Instead, he steps out of the way so the corner doesn't hit him as the safety picks the pass.

This is not the first time that T-Will SHOULD have turned into a DB and prevented the interception.

The defender actually did hit TWill on the duck throw. He just didn't get the call. Although some WRs will force a call by running over the CB trying to get to the ball. I don't think the Cowboys coach to draw flags though, other teams I believe do.

When your arm is weak, you throw early. Aikman had a strong arm and he would still release the ball before Irvin would come out of his break. Cassel simply hesitated on too many passes, and with no real velocity on the ball, it's pick city. TWILL , did okay, but the ball was always late.

On the out he was late because Doug Free allowed pressure. On the duck throw it looked like he lost control of the ball, and the one over the middle I've read that the WR ran a poor route. CB also made a play by undercutting the wr because he had safety help. He should have been challenging the other CB instead. DRC had his number.

Williams is the kind of player you wanna pick up after he's been cut 2 or 3 times because he'll be on his last leg in the NFL and won't be able to afford to make the same mistakes over and over and over again.

If any player makes the same mistakes over and over again then the coaches are not holding the player (s) accountable. That's on the coaches if a player makes the same mental mistakes, not the player. If a player is uncoachable then bench him and develop someone else. I'm talking all positions and players with this, not just TWill.

Can't recall a player on the team that's had more hate threads started about them than Twill and this latest one is coming off a 4 catch 70 yard performance.

He was the Cowboys second leading receiver yesterday and he's being hated on again. What strange fanbase this is.

Despite Cassel making him look respectable, he still screwed the pooch by giving up on two routes. Had he even made an effort on the out or on the end zone pass, we might have won that game. But, no, he half assed it and let the Giants have the ball.

I kinda agree with Weedon not even trying to get the ball to him. The guy seems lazy.

Twill like all the receivers are playing with their second scrub QB in 4 weeks. It took Dez and Romo almost 3 seasons to build good chemistry together which resulted in some picks that were on Dez so good luck bringing in an average QB who didn't work with any of the receivers during training camp this summer and have everything go smoothly between them and the receivers. Twill made a mistake and he wasn't the only one who made mistakes in the game but after almost every loss this season a thread is started bashing him like he's the reason the Cowboys are in the middle of a collapse. He's having to face most teams #1 corner with Dez out and he doesn't fit the role of a #1 receiver.

He was drafted in the 3rd round for a reason and has been a good #2 receiver in my opinion who's made some very big plays for the Cowboys. He's one of the better run after the catch receivers in the league and he's one of the most clutch receivers the Cowboys have had since the days of Drew Pearson and Alvin Harper. It's ridiculous that we've seen more than a half dozen threads this season complaining about him with the QB situation we're having to suffer with. Twill isn't the reason the Cowboys are losing and those who keep pointing the finger at him every week need to vent their frustration on the root cause of the problem with this team.

TWill isn't the only reason, true, but he sure hasn't done much to help.

His catch vs NO on 4th down in a do or die situation would have won the game if the Cowboys had a defense. Name all the players that have helped win games since Romo went down?

some of this reflects how he is coached to play, I know he sometimes makes some great catches and runs.
In this last game he had the sideline catch and fell out of bounds like a tree fallin with both toes clearly in , was a great catch!
Then on same drive Butler made the same type catch for the td.

I think williams is ok, he just needs better coaching.

Drew pearson said on his after game show, the dallas WR, needed a better route coach, someone to teach them how to properly
run a route. He said he was available .
