Terry Glenn's Agent Says HBO'S HardKnocks Unethical

The fact of the matter is that Jerry Jones didn't tape anything. NFL Films and HBO hold that bag. Glenn's agent is barking up the wrong tree.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Cowboys are negotiating to sign Terry Glenn because of all the injuries to the receivers but are offerring less of a deal than they did before. Just a guess.

Um, T. G. still hasn't been jumped on and signed by anyone else so the interest from the rest of the league seems minimal.

It probably has something to do with the fact that Terry Glenn was still technically part of the Dallas Cowboy franchise and HBO had the permission to record the dealings of all Cowboy players. I would imagine that includes conversations with their agents. Maybe not? Either way, I'm sure HBO knows what they can and cannot air.

Jerry is worried about Glenn's knees and his conditioning. But if he wants to resign Glenn and Glenn is willing, it won't happen until after the season opener. That way Glenn's salary isn't guaranteed for the season.

I'd be ticked, too, if a party I was negotiating with taped a conversation with me which I thought was private and then aired it on HBO. Regardless of whatever might have been recorded (not necessarily aired) about Glenn's medical situation (he's got a right to privacy where that's involved), it also reflects on his agent's ability, and he could easily have said something in that context that could hurt his reputation with other potential clients. The organization should have told him he was being taped.

As your attorney, I advise you to re-sign TG, make his agent so happy he will drop any future legal remedies and or lawsuits in this or any yet undiscovered universes, and then cut that broken-down player.

Signing Glenn would be foolish at best.

Stay away from retreads that are done. Wait and watch waiver wire to see what possibilities are out there. May have to trade to solve issue or simply make do as best we can this year -- we have a lot of talent on this team, maybe someone will step up.

You know that everyone was advised about Hard Knocks coming to tape and record potentially everything, so if you are ******** and forgot -- too bad. Plus I bet everyone signed off on Hard Knocks before they showed up.

The Agent showed poor judgement if he discussed his client in any way that he should not have...with anyone he should not have....or at any time he should not have.... Not Professional.
