yu really settled down since the first 2 innings! after it being 4-0 with the bases loaded with over 40 pitches i would have never dreamed he might get the W!

He was nervous. Couldn't expect him to play like a hall of famer right away. This is why we are the best team in the MLB. When our pitching is struggling our offense is on fire. Great managing by Washington as well. We also have the best fans and stadium. Go Rangers!

All in all, not too bad of an outing from Yu. It's good to see him get tested right away. He's gonna be a work in progress all season long as he continues to adjust to the MLB

Interested in seeing how Feliz does next. I might be more concerned about him than Yu if he starts to struggle

Nice dig by Moreland. Great game by him period. That's what makes a great team. Someone always stepping up.

When Moreland first arrived, I picked him as being a Palmero type player. Maybe not that great of a hitter, but a very good hitter a decent 1st basement.

I think he is good now and will only get better.

I heard they resigned him, but I hadn't heard the value of it.

Damn, 5 year $75M. That's an average of $15M a year. That is a healthy contract for a second baseman! I'm glad he will remain with the team for another six years. He should officially end his career with Texas now. He will 35 when this new contract ends, but it seems there is a sixth year option too.

Kinsler deserves this contract just for this comment.

He told the hated Angels to get off his ****ing field. When he launched a home run to put to bed the Rangers' first ever postseason series victory, he skipped down the first base path just like certainly many Rangers fans were skipping through their living rooms.

Yo, Kinsler. You just got a $75M contract!

One more for good measure!

Only got to watch the 9th, but Nefi got a shutout! The Rangers needed it against our own draft pick!?!?!?!

I was happy to get Cliff Lee when we did, but wasn't too happy about giving up Beaven. We barely were able to sign him when we drafted him in the first place.

Got the W though. That's always "Good stuff"!
