in hindsight i still think it was a good thing to get cliff lee, he helped us get over the hump in the playoffs, i dont think we win a series without him. Now, this team has the confidence to beat anyone, anytime, anywhere!

That was a millimeter on the bat from being a blown save / loss in one swing.

That's the second run Nathan has gave up, and it's not over yet. 1 out.

The pitches have decent movement, but they break right in to the middle of the plate.

Ron Washington's decision making prowess makes me want to hurl sometimes. Nathan shouldn't have been in that ball game after the first 2 runs, period.

Nathan sucks...he won't finish the season as closer, much less make it to August IMO. They're taking a flyer on him hoping he can be a lights out closer again but his best years were a long time ago plus pre-surgery.

If Nathan blows another save in any of his next 5-6 appearances, I would be very tempted to put Ogando in his spot.

Those are the worst types of losses: when the starting pitching is incredible and the bullpen pulls their weight...and then the suppossed sure thing closer blows it in huge fashion...again.

We are 6-0 if not for Nathan.
