The 2024 QB class

I'm aware. This is why I said it's cute that some here are pretending the Cowboys have a GM.

Stephen and Jerry make the final decisions on things as a GM does on other teams. Jerry does give himself the GM title, but yeah, he isn't really.

Those in here acting like McClay is the decision maker are amusing. Yes, I know he has some input, just like ANY other personnel guy, but he makes zero final decisions.
Enlighten me, I haven't heard anyone say that ever.

Time to line up the assets and figure out what it will take to trade up to that top two area of the draft. Yes, that includes trading Parsons. He will command two #1s and that will be the quickest way to get into that universe.

Are we just dreaming again or will JJ finally pull the trigger on a 1st or 2nd round QB. Trade whoever and give up the picks needed to make it happen!
I doubt Jerry is willing to take a QB that early. However, he's willing to take risks with injured LBs (LVE, Jaylon) and defensive linemen (Taco, Tristen Hill) that never pan out.

Shedeur Sanders will be a stud, eventually, IMO. And I'm almost positive Jerral Wayne pulls the trigger on him because of his pedigree and nostalgic tendencies.

Anyone else get the feeling Sanders will be a Cowboys someday?
Shedeur needs to work on his pocket presence, he drifts backward a bit too often for my liking. You can't back peddle 20 yards and than try to scramble around.

I would be shocked if he doesn't return to CU in 2024.

He should return, he isn’t NFL ready.

NE is looking like an ideal landing spot for Caleb. I think they are tanking on purpose. No way they are as bad as they are playing. NE is known for pushing the limits of the nfl fair play rules. So, it wouldn’t shock me at all.

Not sure Caleb would be hip on going to NE at this point. Franchise has become somewhat disfunctional and offense seems to be a foreign concept all of a sudden.

Caleb has already come out with a list of teams he will play for. The cowboys are on his list. Unfortunately so are the Giants. The Giants will be in position to pick him.
