Anyone willing to take any of our players over the age of 26 can have them.

If Sam Bradford nets a 1st and a 4 th than I want at least 2 1's, a 2 and maybe a 3rd for Bryant. With that being said I would not trade him at all.

As a former Dez homer, I'd do it. Right now, I'd pull the trigger on it. Dude gets too emotional when the game isn't going our way. Can get shut down easily and then gets mentally rattled.

I would trade Dez Bryant. I would love to trade him for a 1st rounder and I would do it for a 2nd rounder, or two 3rd rounders, one this year and one next year. If someone is willing to take on that contract.

Bryant has not been the same since he got paid and injured. He runs 2 routes. Either he doesn't know how to run more routes or the coaching staff doesn't use him correctly and his career is being wasted. Might as well try and get something for him.

Well, let's see how the team responds and how they plan to use Dez. The Commanders have the best secondary in the division.

I would try and use Dez differently, as for the WR corps in general, I wouldnt mind finding someone better than Beasley

No one calling for him to be traded. I wonder why???? Hmmmm...

While I don't "hate" Dez, I find his emotional outbursts and testosterone overload swagger to be distasteful. Big difference.

Witten is slow but does everything else well. He has also talked some smack but nowhere near the ridiculousness Bryant subjects teammates and opponents alike to. Dez is pretty slow, can't get open anymore and has problems with ball security. Granted, if running your mouth = football skill he would be top 5 in the league but alas, it is not so.

So to sum up, Dez is an ineffectual braggart and Witten is a solid player that will yell at you occasionally.

Can the mod condense the "i hate Dez" threads... Its getting ridiculous
I don't hate Dez. But if a team offered their first for Dez I'd be interested. There are several reasons why I'd consider it. If his foot injury is the type of injury that will keep him from coming back to form then we're paying a lot of money for a player who isn't living up to his contract. Yesterday he was targeted 5 times. Just 5 times for 1 catch. So that's a sign to me that these coaches are not using him right, or scheming a way to get him open.

But this is the biggest reason I'd consider it. Let's say Romo is forced into retirement due to injuries either after this year or next year and we go into full blown rebuilding mode. We got a jump start on that rebuilding by drafting Dak. If a team were to come around and make a reasonable offer for Dez and his contract is off the books then we could invest more resources into building a better defense. Also with his contract off the books we can be sure to resign Collins and keep the oline in tact. And Dez would be getting close to 30 at that time and getting a high draft pick for him would be a steal, if he's not producing. If he's producing like he did in 2014 then obviously No I wouldn't trade him.

I guess to summarize my thought is I don't hate Dez, a little worried about him, but I don't hate him. I do hate his contract though because that could hamstring the club if he doesn't return to form. So if he returns to form and last year and yesterday was a sign of injury and back up QBing and not an indication of his skill level then I'd have to see 2 1st rounders before I'd entertain it.

But if his skill level is eroding then we are paying an above average receiver superstar money. That's never a good situation and if someone were to take that contract then I'd be interested.
