I'm tired of Wade Failups and I wish Jerry Jones will consider replacing our head coach with the Shanahan. After Wade coached for the broncos Shanahan stepped in and took care of business...remember?

So who do you think should be our new coach ?

He was pretty ordinary minus one HOF QB. Not saying he isnt several steps up from Wade.

The Garrett project would be dead and we would have to can our OL...

Shannaham is too focused on West Coast to fit our personnel - it would be a rough transition for the OL. Free, Kosier and Gurode could play it. Flo, Bigg, Columbo and then rest of the backups probably cannot.

Jason Garrett will be our next HC.

Yes he will

It's about time the fans who hold a grudge for Garrett come to grips with it.. It will just make it easier to accept in the long run.

Yep, getting Rid of Zimmer worked real well for Cowboys. Same thing was said about Peyton when he left. That worked well for Cowboys and their fans

...cost Jones a lot of money as he got rid of the players assembled during the Parcells and Phillips years who didn't fit his system.

Also I'm not sure if Jones would be willing to make a deal with Shanahan. I'm not sure who Jerry would be willing to make a deal with. Many of the quality coaches want control.

funny (not really) you mention that. I was a GROZ fan and it seems he was not the problem at all. Our defense is still suspect.

I was however a Payton (and Sporano) fan and hoped we would keep them around but instead they were jettisoned.

I'm not sure Garrett is the real problem here

What did Shanahan do post Elway?

I don't want to see any retreads in Dallas.Parcells didn't work,Wade has not worked as of yet. What makes people think that another "has been" is the answer?

Another consideration about going to a WCO is personnel and the transition while learning the terminology.

Give Garrett an oppurtunity or even bring in an assistant from another club, just don't bring in a retread.

I like Decamilius as well.

I don't think that would happen, not saying you are saying it would.

I also don't know if Coach Joe D would accept it if it were offered due to his medical condition following the practice facility collapse.

However I have noticed over a few games this year that he seems to be the one that has Wade's ear on the sideline. Not sure what that means but it is odd that you see them talking more than any other coach with wade aka red.

Parcells didn't work,

Parcels determined that he and the hands on "GM" werent going work so he took the money and ran.
