***The Bledsoe will determine the outcome of the game thread***

Attempting to put this back on topic...

Bledsoe is who he is. I don't think of him as inconsistent or unpredictable. Pressure him and bad things happen, protect him and good things happen. So yeah, it's important for him to play well for the 'Boys to win, but we know what has to happen for him to play well: the line has to stop the inside pressure.

You want to point to somebody whose play (a) may determine the game and (b) is at this point totally unpredictable? Try Pat Watkins.

Bledslow will obviously be the key for us and thats never a good thing when you have to rely on that choker in big situations. Yesterday i was confident we would win i guess because our other NFCE rivals lost and i was feeling good but looking at this game clearer today, i dont like our chances of winning with bledslow. Jones will have to run wild today for us to have a chance and the D needs to create some T.O's to set our offense in good field position

You can put JAX at Bledsoe's feet. Not Philly.

This is exactly right, so we can stop any future discussion on this tired subject.

Except to say Bledsoe's pass to Witten in the Philly game-even if there was a miscommunication--should have been low and outside where only Witten could have gotten to it anyway. What a way to lose.

In any event, many of the people who don't want Bledsoe here point to Delhomme when you ask them who we should have signed instead. Wonder how many of them were all over Jake after throwing the game yesterday to Cinci? I wonder how many bad decisions under durress Romo will get before some start clamoring for Patrick Crayton to get his shot?

This is baloney. You have left out a third, and more obvious option, which is that Parcells may already be thinking about scenarios involving his QB's, and that a "lack of hesitation" may be the result of having contemplated matters in advance.

You are equating "not hesitating to make a move" with "spur of the moment decision" or "knee jerk reaction", and that's just not accurate.

It's very reasonable to expect that Parcells has given this issue some thought, that he will give it more thought if Bledsoe plays poorly tonight, and that he may have a clear head on what his reaction would be to another poor performance next week.

By the way, I did pick out just a portion of your post - the reason being that was the portion I had an issue with. You were the one who chose to argue about my point by discussing a separate issue.

It's all about interpretation... I interpret things through my past experiences and from seeing how Werder ("perpetrator of the tension level") has been reporting. And you're faulting me for not interpreting his statement the same way as you?? :jerk:

Why don't we just cut through the petty "gotcha" posts over what really is some insignificant ****. It's pretty obvious to me you have some kind of bone to pick with me. That's fine, but at least come with some legitimate gripes next time.

There's a not very subtle distinction between the 2 you may be choosing to avoid......Bledsoe has made a career of the same mistakes.....Delhomme is recognized as someone who pulls games out in the end not throw them away. The fact yesterday is so note worthy really makes that point.

I disagree....sort of. Bledsoe get to share the blame for Philthy with Watkins and Flo...usually he get's it all to himself.

Didn't take Drew long tonight to show what Buffalo and many of us already know

I hear that. The same reasons NE and Buf gave up on him are what he's shown heavily this season. I felt this way when we signed him. He's a frsutrating player because he does good things and then does horrible plays like a rookie...even after 13 years.

It would be nice to see Romo in the 2nd half... but it wont happen. Reminds me of the Vinny year....

Theisman stated that Bledsoe gives us the best chance to win. That alone firmly puts me with the Romosexuals.

I thought Quincy was dumb. Atleast he has an excuse, he's not talented and was young, and a dope head. What's Bledsoe's excuse?

Bledsoe must lead the league in interceptions when he's in the red zone.

Drew Bledsoe is the QB every defense wants to face.
That sums it up Michael. This is just sickening.

With his HUA throws!!!!!!!!! God I hate that guy.... A loser:bang2: I need another drink

haha, wow...We all knew he was gonna do something stupid at one point in the game...I just figured he would save it until the fourth quarter.

Really, are we gonna ever get better with this hasbeen at the helm?
