Were they fired or suspended? Off to look.

Were one or both seasonal employees?

I thought they were fired, but the more I think about it, the more I think they were suspended "indefinitely". Please post what you find...my curiosity wants to know.

In a Portland Press Herald AP article dated July 29 by Jimmy Golen, Kraft says (not in quotes) that the two equipment guys were fired. McNally was a game day employee. Jastremski was a 16 year full time equipment staffer. I had assumed they were suspended indefinitely.

The Brady cell phone issue has implications for every NFL player, and our lawyer posters could write about that.

Several statements from the judge have led me to question his intelligence. Some of the things he has said, sound like something a Patriots fan would say. Either he is not smart, has some bias, or he saying things to push sides towards taking it out of his hands by reaching a settlement. I hope it's the latter.

Jastremski going back to 2001..... Hmmmm?

And another thing....

Former Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy stated during an appearance on the Dan Patrick Show on Thursday that Peyton Manning became so concerned about the New England Patriots potentially bugging the opposing locker room at Gillette Stadium that he held meetings outside in the hallway.
Dungy didn't know whether the rumors were true, but Manning acted out of caution after talking with former Patriots players. When asked about the speculation, which surfaced from
Peter King of Sports Illustrated in 2010 (via Chris Chase of Yahoo Sports), Dungy confirmed it, per Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk.
"I know that that is very true, and, you know, as Peyton talked to guys who played for the Patriots, some of the guys who came over—whether it’s true or not he treated it as true," Dungy said. "We didn’t have a lot of strategy discussions inside the locker room there."

Yes... And here's the thing... The judge was asking... "Didn't he throw the ball better in the second half"?

THAT is not the point.
Why is judge pining for the Pats.
I would swear the judge was a poster on here.

That is the exact comment I picked up on last week. That is completely irrelevant to the legal case in front of him. And very Patriot fanboyish.

That is unbelievable! A judge said this?! Was he wearing a Patriots cap when he said it? Had he already drafted his fantasy team?

It appears that the Judge is playing Devil's Advocate to both sides trying to get a settlement.

He is pushing the NFL harder but he really shouldn't be trying to re-try the case. His questions better not be real or he is wide open to appeal himself.

The appeal is all about procedure and not evidence. CBAs are very hard to break in court.

If the Judge wants a settlement he should be badgering Brady, they are the ones that appealed and they have the burden of proof.

So far their case is to throw stones at the NFL for not telling Brady cheating is bad and that he could get punished for cheating.

Why should the NFL have to settle? Brady is guilty of at least destroying evidence of his involvement. Admit to that much and maybe they drop a game.

The NFL selected the venue with their despicable "Motion to Confirm" maneuver.

If they don't like the judge, they have only themselves to blame.
