That is unreal. I hate Kickers, but you can't argue with this.

Buehler has been responsible for so much hidden yardage. Didn't teams' average starting position on us start a little over the 30 yard line last year?

Undoubtedly one of the most underrated stats of the season so far.

I want to say it was just over the 33 yard line last year.

How ya feeling about the usage of a draft pick Hos? lol

I know how much loved it at the time.

I still get a kick out of seeing him on the punt return unit.

You could always make it easier on yourself by thinking of him as a special teamer......that just happens to kick the ball before he gets in his coverage lane. ;)

I understand why they did it, I was just flummoxed that we drafted another Kicker. Both of ours have proven worth to the team. I just wish we only needed one of them.

Exactly.

He's a super hero that happens to kick the crap out of a football on his way to destroy or rescue.

It would appear when his kicks go into the end zone they get more air under them than the other kickers as well. So not only is he kicking it far, but high also.

Either that or they just kick the ball low. That is why they don't have as many TB's as Buehler.

That's crazy. I remember reading a stat earlier in the week that the Cowboys are #1 in the league with giving up yardage on 1st down on the defensive side on the ball. Driving offenses back just above the 20 yard line puts the winning % in our favor.

Amen. I know Parcell's always preached starting FP. Our ST play this year is greatly improved. Bout time for Felix to take one to the house, like last year against the Eagles!

Wouldn't surprise me if they worked with Beuhler in the off-season and dangled Folk as trade bait.

Not saying they will, but it wouldn't surprise me. Especially if Folk keeps missing (relatively) routine kicks.

Folk's worth more than another team would probably be willing to give up.

What routine kicks is he missing? He has 3 misses in 2009. All of them are from 40 to 49 yards.

He has only missed on 10 FGs in 2 and a half seasons and 7 of those 10 are from 40 yards or further. That's really good.
