The catch!

My only question on this play, was that a dink or a dunk since after all that is the only ball Dak is capable of throwing according to the critics. lol

I think we’ll be just fine against Seattle whether Beasley dropped that pass or not. Apparently several think that his catch (and therefore the win) was the difference in carrying over all the momentum from everything they did in the prior 59 minutes and not carrying it over :rolleyes:
 
to be clear, THAT CATCH TODAY WAS A DEFINING MOMENT GOING FORWARD. It was special. Dak having the wherewithal to see him and trust it...and Beasely with his awareness and pure guts/heart. LOVE THE BEASE. I still cant believe he was able to haul that in.

B/c you can't talk about the great catch without talking about the innacurate throw. ........and then the whole convo turns into another Dak thread.

Yeah, your “value” as a fan is so much more than mine because you’re ecstatic over a catch and win that did nothing for us but greatly helped the Giants. Oh wait, that’s right, we won and that means we’re going to carry over that same momentum that we wouldn’t have had we lost.

What ever happened with that Colts game? How come we didn’t carry over the losing momentum or were you one of the ones who said it was good we lost because it actually built momentum before playing Tampa o_O

Nope got me confused with somebody else. It's never good to lose. Now, I got razed for saying I didn't see us losing to Indy, and we got hammered.

That was an absolute duck of a prayer...hail mary that got answered. Now the Dak lovers wanna run with it...as if he is the answer @ QB. He isn't. End of story...we will find a better option in the off season. Until then...we are gonna ride this flame out to the end. But please...Beasley made that play.

Well first of all, I never said it was “good” to lose. All I ever said was a) I couldn’t care less about the catch in this game b) I had mixed feelings because that catch just gave the Giants the 6th overall pick which I’m guessing would have been 10th or worse had they won and c) I don’t believe that if we lost due to that pass and catch that 59 minutes worth of “momentum” would have been lost.

People get their panties in a wad over such ridiculous things. I didn’t enjoy watching the Giants move up a few draft spots due to one catch that we made, so what? I guess I’m not a “real” fan. “Real” fans are reserved only for those that want us to tank after a few losses, constantly bash our QB after every misthrow, never criticize our RB or say he’s not the best, talk about how much we suck and will never win a playoff game after getting shut out by the Colts...those are the real fans and at least one of those things applies to about 90% of the posters here. I could go on but it’s pointless, I’ll have to wait until we lose our 2nd playoff game to complain about JG, Dak and whoever else is the whipping boy that day.
 
guys...put aside personal feelings. THAT PLAY DAK MADE WAS CLUTCH. Like him or not. He missed some easy throws today, but made the one we had to have. We won,right? lol Give the young man his due this one time.

He saw Beasley he put it to the backside of the defender all while being pressure and throwing on the move. He had other options? He found the option and put it in there for the TD so suck it. Beasley did make a great play as do other WR around the NFL.
 
hope Dak sees some of the lack of respect he and the cowboys are getting on TV and on this board tonight. The Eagles are getting tons of run...and its like we aint even in the playoffs. Seattle has already opened as the favorite lol...OMG....But that's fine...

realize this guys. We been in playoff mode for 8 weeks. We have won 7out of our last 8 games. HARD TO DO. We were left for dead. STILL...you can see the total lack of respect the pundits have towards us. That's fine because come Saturday night we will kick the door down and take our respect.We will win.
