I respect the Spurs and never dissed them, they are the champs. They are going to be beaten up just to get out of West.

Miami and Detroit have won championships recently out of the East. Boston looks forward to meeting the best from the West This spring. Celtics are a very, very good basketball team in 2007.

It took the NBA scheduling the Celtics on St Pattys Day for the Cs to actually beat Tim Duncan.

I will say this.....the stupid NBA did it again this year. Spurs and Cs play on St Pattys Day again this season.

Just so you know, SA is 3-0 so far.

I said the All-Star break because that would be 3 months of playing together and it would give a fair barometer of the team chemistry. BTW, if Boston was in the West, they would be fighting for the 8th seed with about 3 other teams. SA, PHX, Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Utah are all better than Boston.....that is until Boston proves otherwise. But after the preseason and 1 game, I don't see it yet.

tim duncan is a power forward. and last i checked he is a concensus pick for the best power forward of all time and garnett is not even close. and if you think garnett has time to add to his legacy dont forget they are pretty much the same age and duncan has proven to be slightly more durable than kg and a clutch performer, unlike KG, who has never made it past the first round but once in his career.
