And Washington managed to get rid of Snyder....it's unfortunate that Jerry MAKES the NFL as much money as he does as opposed to STEALING money from the NFL like Snyder did.

The league got rid of Snyder b/c he created a culture of sexual harassment which was exposed by local media. 40 years ago, other owners would have shrugged it off, but not so today. So, he was "encouraged" to sell. He got 6B for the team. Nice golden parachute for a slimeball.

It was stupid stuff. Like, they made a 10 minute video of their cheerleaders in awkward poses and off-camera costume adjustments. It was stuff straight out of Animal House.........which back in the 1970's was just comedy gold. (still is in my book lol)

Jerry, you are a disgrace. You are an idiot. You suck! You don't know what you're doing. Think about this. There has never been a rookie QB to take a team to the SB. The COMMANDERS, who just changed owners in 2023 and are coached by OUR DC and have SEVERAL players with the Cowboys LAST SEASON. Jerry, YOU are the problem. It's not the coaches. It's not the players. It's YOU. It's embarrassing to see that the COMMANDERS changed owners and are back while JERRY is counting his money and taking the team to the Forbes Bowl. It's gross. The best thing I can say is it's a DISGRACE.

Seriously, is there a way to get Jerry to force sell like Washington did? I'm disgusted BECAUSE it's my team. The Cowboys are my team, and that won't change for me. But that said, this is DISGUSTING. I am DISGUSTED at Jerry.

Any fan who campaigned for Dak to get a new deal isn't allowed to whine about the state of the Cowboys.

You got what you wanted, so now you're getting what you deserve.

Exactly. I never followed that logic. It's like our 4 playoff wins this century is on par with the eagles or the bills. We are at the bottom. We had easy paths to the sb the last few years and failed miserably. We didn't have a kc standing in our way like the Bills and Ravens did. The whole team choked.

I did say that I would've been open to drafting a new QB. I also wrote many threads earlier this season to where we should be able to get Archie Manning in either 2026 or 2027. If Jerry doesn't restructure Dak's deal, we can get out of it as early as next year with a June 1 cut. So, there is a way to be out of that. Question is, can Jerry be smart enough to figure that out.

Exactly, we've had every opportunity to get there, and we didn't make the most of it.

We were getting ready to draft Aikman and we were 3 years out from our last playoff appearance. I remember those days .yea it was rough but it wasn't 30 years rough. We weren't known as chokers. People laughed at us because they were jealous of all the success we had. Not the case anymore.1988 and 89 were really the only years we weren't competitive. I could feel we were on the upswing in 1990. There was a lot of hope.
