Come to think of it, EVERYBODY in the NFC has made a Title game appearance in the last 30 years.

Oh wait, there is one team that hasn’t. Want to take a guess who this lone scrub team is??

The Cowboys are a DISGRACE! I have no other words to describe how FURIOUS I am at Jerry and this franchise. I'm a loyal fan, and I won't ditch. That said, I am FURIOUS. Absolutely furious. We have the worst franchise in the conference. Our former DC just took a division rival into the NFCC in ONE year before got there in 30 years.

I'm sorry for those of you that don't like this, but I need to vent. Please, let me vent. I have to get my thoughts on this DISGRACEFUL situation we are in out. This thread is a safe space for those of you who would also like to vent about this franchise and what Jerry has done to it. I will now continue my venting and rant. I have to share my thoughts as a separate thread.

Come on man. Why on earth are you getting so upset over something that you have no control over and that really brings you nothing more than some entertainment value even in the best of times? There is no honor in staying loyal to an entity that is purely commercially driven and who doesn't know you exist. There is no dishonor in "ditching" it. There is no personal accomplishment to be earned in the accomplishments of the entity and no personal failures to be earned in it's failures.

Jerry, you are a disgrace. You are an idiot. You suck! You don't know what you're doing. Think about this. There has never been a rookie QB to take a team to the SB. The COMMANDERS, who just changed owners in 2023 and are coached by OUR DC and have SEVERAL players with the Cowboys LAST SEASON. Jerry, YOU are the problem. It's not the coaches. It's not the players. It's YOU. It's embarrassing to see that the COMMANDERS changed owners and are back while JERRY is counting his money and taking the team to the Forbes Bowl. It's gross. The best thing I can say is it's a DISGRACE.

Seriously, is there a way to get Jerry to force sell like Washington did? I'm disgusted BECAUSE it's my team. The Cowboys are my team, and that won't change for me. But that said, this is DISGUSTING. I am DISGUSTED at Jerry.

Right, he employs them and is the constant since 1997 (technically, 1989, but the drought started in 1997). He wants the buck to stop with him, and it's his fault that the drought is this long.

We’ve had very good teams. 2006, 2007, 2009, 2014, 2016, 2021-23

but the playoff failures have been a mix of bad coaching, dropped field goals, replays (Dez), and just bad football.

The Bears are the second to last time that hasn’t been and that was only 15 years ago. Our last title appearance was when VCRs was a thing and Bill Clinton was in his first term. What a pathetic football family the jones are.

As I had commented on here years ago, I wanted MM fired and DQ made HC. He turned this defense, and not just made it a little better. Historically bad to one of the best in the league. You reward that.

Further, before the season started I believed we'd ultimately view MM's tenure as 2 stark divided. The DQ years and the years without DQ. I think this holds.

Would DQ have been able to do something here as HC? I dunno.. I liked to think so..

But as always, the Jones family is the penultimate problem.

Yeah it took me 28 years….honestly when I saw the offseason they had…..it put it in perspective…it should’ve came long before now.
