How at this point could you unsure about what he has left? Zeke was a great back here at one point, he’s absolutely cooked right now. Goal line back, extra blocker or short yardage. Nothing else
Thats true before the season so why sign him?

Damn, Zeke is right up there with Emmitt and Dorsett in Jerry's eyes. He loves his adopted sons, I guess.
If Zeke played on those teams...yes.

Oh wait...they DID ask Emmitt to play center and Emmitt did that.

That's how bad we treated Zeke.

Lol sure. You thought Zeke had something left this season :lmao:
No, just in short yardage and goal line situations. Figured his longest run if good blocking 15 yards give or take a few.
As he did get some key first downs. Though they really ended up not to be a big difference due to overall team performance.

Twilight Zone of a season

you sign Elliott and pass on Henry
You dont play him and sign Cook
You put him back in and keep Cook on the practice squad
You release him just before the final game

This makes no sense
Welcome to Jerral World.

'member when Irvin cut someone in the shower?

Zeke won a Natty by running 750 yards on 4 of the best teams the NCCAA had to offer in the first playoff format year.

And you got the nerve to say that is questionable work ethic?

You never saw his very first play at ohio state did you?

Henry never had to do the blocking Zeke had to do. Henry would also sit when injured. Zeke PLAYED.

Your ignorance might be cute if it wasn't so ignorant.
LOL. Zeke got paid and mailed it in. Of course he worked hard in college he was trying to get PAID!

Imagine he wins a SB! Lol! This place would explode! I hope he wins one!!
I think the majority of fans here would love to see him finally have playoff sucess. He's washed up but fans here blame Jerry for signing him....not Zeke.

this site won't "explode". It didn't happen when Dak was resigned nor when Ceedee was signed to big contracts.....

Sounds dramatic, lol

The idea that any other team would sign Zeke is hilarious. His career is over. And would have been over this past summer if uncle Jerry didn’t sign him and insist he has to play.

I figured his contributions would be , goal line use, receiving out the backfield, blitz pickup awareness and experience.

Yardage was something I didn't count on and of course it didn't happen

While clearly the right move ... I am just going to wait to see how much the Cowboys resign him for the 2025 season.

I hope I'm wrong, but that is the Jerry thing to do.

It exploded and it's still smoldering....as far as Zeke, I would hope you are right, but some won't be able to contain themselves...that's where I come in! Lol
