are you looking in the mirror...its you ...you understand how mirrors work?Pot meet kettle.
are you looking in the mirror...its you ...you understand how mirrors work?Pot meet kettle.
Maybe it's simply hedging your bets and at worst having a much improved backup quarterback situation? If and when that long term deal with Prescott gets done of course.
oh,now he is resorting to spell check...even more deperate….It's desperation.
And what name did I call you?
And again, at least I can keep the years straight.
ok, he may have had slightly better 2017 season...with heck of a lot more support, so lets not forget, but what about the other years? should we for your sake conveniently dismiss and forget those....again, he was slightly better in 2017....and he had the #1 defense and #1 scoring defense
Dallas may look for vet QB help at backup. Really though only people who have a problem with Dak is those on this board. Cowboys do not seem to share that feeling and I know Dak wants to be here. They are going through contract negotiation and if it takes time for both sides to feel good about it then so be it. I do agree with Dak when he said people look at 1 number but a contract is not just about 1 number, how that contract is structured mean a whole lot.
The only guy 'diverting' here is you. I stated the fact that Keenum had a better 2017 and yiu can't handle that. That's your issue to deal with.
Your double standards are on full display when you make every excuse in the book for Dak while throwing your same book at Keenum. I guess excuses only work in one direction?
oh,now he is resorting to spell check...even more deperate….
you are obviously very frustrated at this point....you even pulled out emoji's...
there are different flavors of WCO and timing offenses....MC's attacks deep and more vertical routes. We know he can play in the WCO and that he has a lot of experience in it so that's not a reach. I don't know why he would not be able to pick up McCarthy's version, it's only terminology really. What do you base your statement of "below average" on in the WCO?
If there is something that you've read that suggest Dak is interested in signing, I'm willing to look at it. I've seen nothing of late. Please go ahead, lets post that and talk about it. It would at least be something new to talk about.
you are still very frustrated and deparate and still using emoji's...You still can't get it right.
at one point in his career, with the help of #1 defense, #1 scoring defense, #7 rushing attack and boat load of weapons, he was barely average....is that your point? but his other 7 years he sucked...lets forget that...that's all you care about?really!! so perhaps he had slightly better statistical stats than Dak in 2017, but do we ignore 2016? 2018? 2019? I guess for your argument we should dismiss those years...Dak blew away, Keenum's performance in 2016.... yet slightly better in 2017...with all he had at his disposal....come on dude....you have nothingI said what I said, and it was accurate. Nothing more, nothing less. It was not any sort of absolute whatsoever, just facts and stats that show that at one point in his career, Keenum wasn't the scrub some want to call him and actually had a better statistical year than our current quarterback. Nothing more, nothing less. But clearly it rubbed some people the wrong way to read it.
There hasn’t been any diverting by me
you refuse to answer if you would rather have Case Keenum as our QB. All you’ve been doing is defending him.
He had a better season than Dak in 2017
because he has the #1 defense in the entire league and the #1 scoring defense.
The Vikings weren’t winning games because of Keenum, they were winning games because of their defense. This is why they allowed Keenum to walk and they signed Cousins to a huge contract.
Everything you throw up gets shot down.
Answer the question or move on. Do you think Keenum would be a better option at QB than Dak?
you are still very frustrated and deparate and still using emoji's...
I am not crawling under your skin and you are scratching yourself and cussing at the computer....
I'm not pushing Dak out the door, but as always, I root for the team over any one player. If the team decides it's in their best interests not to meet Dak's asking price, I'll still be a Cowboys fan. And in one way or another, I think that signing a proven vet like Keenum is a smart business decision.

There has been since I pointed out to you your own contradiction on the quarterback numbers. Keenum's were "nothing special" but when you found out they were better than Dak's that year, you've done nothing but try to divert and move the goalposts. Shameful.
No, and I have not once said that I did. You guys simply take any positive statement of another quarterback as some imagined slight against Dak. Again, your issue, not mine.
Period.
No, Keenum's numbers were his own. The defense didn't throw for more yards or have less INT's You fail again.
I never attributed wins to Keenum. Yet another in a laundry list of false assumptions made by you. You're on a roll.
Not by you. Not even once.
No, and I have never said otherwise. But again, in your imagined slight, you seem to have made it up that I have.

So do I. Hell I will gladly take Joe Burrow right now. lol Case Keenum? He had 1 good year in Minn and that was not that great of a season. As normal people go overboard, they don't like Dak so they start throwing crap against the wall looking for it to stick. Keenum as a backup sure I could go that at 3 to 4 mill he was getting paid.
Not wasting anymore time with you on this you’re just rambling on. Nothing but drivel! You refuse to give a simple yes or no answer if you would rather have Keenum as our QB. You keep talking him up and keep tearing Dak down.
Truth hurts.
Run along then.
I posted the truth and it’s hit home and you’re posting nothing but nonsense! All you’ve been doing this entire discussion is talking Keenum up and tearing Dak down. You’ve made it pretty obvious who you think the better QB is.
