NO doubt. Lots of us wanted Freeney and the FO didn't get it done. They whiffed on Chris Long too. FO is VERy culpable for the front 7 cluster ***

I know the coaches want us to be a zone team really badly, but we play better in tight man coverage.

Yup, this is very frustrating. All our corners play better in press man, but we play more zone. It's a free middle, which had plagued the team for many years.

Byron Jones is also proving to be what you all thought. I really had high hopes, bur the guy is a great athlete with no feel for the play. He was in great position on that last play and just got lost.

This was a key weakness, TE's exploited space between S and CB's all season.

Pretty sad when Jeff Heath is your MVP on defense. Need a defensive pass rush and need to have a better scheme.

Heath played with passion. The clown posse of Carr, Claiborne and scandrck are not prime time players. We need people who are smart, can cover and don't arm tackle.

Marinelli did what he could with this collection of hasbeens, neverbeens and bargain bin players. Give him coverage guys and a CAPABLE DE and he can do wonders.
