A true football fan should appeciate what he's doing, cause it's a thing of beauty to watch.

I appreciate what he's doing it is a thing of beauty to watch I just don't watch it against the Cowboys.

Their defense is not special, we will give them a good fight if we dont shoot ourselves with stupid penalties.

Wow....amazing the Broncos really have one impressive win and that was the Ravens, the Raiders and Giants are a mess.

If the Cowboys play up to there capability I don't see why it would be a blowout. Scandrick will minimize Welker in the slot. Carr matches up ok with Thomas...Decker might be a problem.
Cowboys have a far better pass rush than two of those teams and the G-men aren't the Giants of the past.
Having said that the Chargers game worries me because I fear the team like there fans are already looking ahead to the Broncos game.

This is going to be my first game at Jerry World so hopefully it is competitive.

(Yes I know I'm an idiot for making this game, out of all games, my first)

Don't be silly. You'll be seeing what may be the last game Peyton Manning ever plays in AT&T Stadium, and that is something you'll never forget. Plus, if we catch a couple of breaks (OK, maybe more than a couple...) and play well, you could see a living legend get beat by the Cowboys. Now, that will be a memory.

Unfortunately their offense is and if we can't slow them down it's going to be a very long day.

Manning will get sacked. Manning will throw picks. Dallas will play smart fundamentals. We will win. *crosses fingers*

yeah, I don't see this as a "can't win" scenario at all...I think the line will be something like Denver favored by about 3.5 (depending on these next two games)....but, Dallas is likely to be Denver's first real test

* A weak Baltimore team
* a pitiful Giants team
* likely a bottom-feeder in the raiders
* Week #4 = Eagles

please, this is like Alabama playing against Alcorn state

Ask Houston how weak the Ravens are. Of course, one could make an argument that we have only had one real test so far an we lost.

I'm praying for a win but I don't want to get ahead of myself. More focused on SD. In all honesty, I wouldn't mind losing to Denver so long as we beat SD this week.

A test for the Cowboys would be to beat a legitimate playoff contender and Denver would be the first big test. In 2012 the Cowboys were 1-6 vs teams that made the playoffs. In 2011 the Cowboys were 1-4 vs teams that made the playoffs. Looking at the first 3 games they have at least 5 potential playoff teams on their schedule. They need to beat some "good" teams.

I see us at 2-2 after the Denver game. We'll lose to San Diego and beat Denver.

"Our" eyes can point to 2016 the preseason opener and it doesn't matter, how exactly should I focus on beating San Diego? This thread was started to talk about the Denver game, sorry, I just think some of us forget we have no bearing (relative to a fan forum) on the teams performance.[

Good night! Man what a wake up call for me! I thought I COULD actually determine the outcome of the game by my sitting here on my couch and typing and thinking. What crushing disappointment. :)

On a serious note. My point was, what is best for the team is also best for the fan. Why would I want to look 2 weeks or 12 weeks down the road? Remember, we can't affect it anyway right? So why not just enjoy this week? I know it is a morbid thought, but it is always possible that you or I won't even be around for the Broncos game :)

Beat the Chargers!

What Peyton is doing right now, just systematically picking apart defenses is sick. He's changing playson the fly with plenty of time to spare and making the right read and the perfect throw. On their 30 point off a field gald, Welker dropped a sure TD as well as Thomas I believe, and both passes were perfectly threaded. The Welker on was an audible if I remember correctly. Remember, this is the guy Jerry Jones wanted Romo to be like at the line.

I don't blame Indy for going with Andrew Luck because he's gonna be there a long time and he's going to be very good.

That said, if you get 5 years of this type of production from Peyton it almost makes it worth it to just keep Peyton because you have a realistic shot of winning the Superbowl every one of those years.

His play right now is absolutely unreal.

Spot on... Can't blame Indy and nobody expected this.

He's making it look like child's play right now...
