The dysfunction continues

It's cool. Ken here has a conspiracy theory that Quinn just pretended not to know about it.

That makes more sense than, ya know, Jerry being Jerry.
I actually think it is more likely that the report was false.

I sure am not making a thread about it for the "Reality TV" fans among us.

This is dysfunction. This is proof that the team is still operating the same this year as the 27 years before it.
So far yes, it is shaking the tree to appear to be doing something, But it is just a start. Check back in May to see the overall fallout.

Either same old crap, or a change to finally get serious.

Yes. It's a false report. She lied about it for some anti-Cowboys agenda.

You think the Bills have been winning?

I now see why you're so supportive of bad decisions. You think they're "winning" ones.
Look at the past records, they have won games. Stop being not so smart. Me supporting bad decisions, where did you pull that out of, oh, never mind. The usual spot.

Folks….Edwards was Nolan’s guy, not Quinn’s.

Just another assistant forced on the next regime by Jerry because he refuses to eat assistant contracts, or line them all up to expire together.

It’s been a problem all along after Jimmy, and doesn’t not include the Parcells era.

there's dysfunction at the top...but it has nothing to do with this.
quinn wouldn't have come back if he wasn't ok with it in the end.

Amidst the celebration of Quinn returning let me be the one to remind you of what just happened.

The Cowboys released George Edwards yesterday to the confusion of their own coordinator. The guy they supposedly covet and hand the keys to the defense to.

Well that guy is now coming back and he sure would like to know why one of his assistants isn't there anymore and why he wasn't involved in the decision.

GMs pick coaches. Coaches pick coordinators. Coordinators pick their assistants. Any interference in that is mismanagement and you know who is the cause of it.

Some things will just never change.
How do you know it wasn’t Quinn’s decision?

So you were in the room for all the discussions. And you know Edwards didn’t request a release or that Quinn wasn’t in on the discussion interesting

When your not making much headway in the playoffs I think Re arranging the deck chairs in the assistant room not something to get the panties in a wad . It’s actuality refreshing to get some new voices in the room . Now let’s get some new offensive side of the ball philosophy .

The fact that you believe they would do anything against Quinn's wishes is comical.

He probably was in on the decision and feigned not knowing about it.
That's even worse, what kind of man does that, you have to be one passive aggressive little b to do that
