When you’re too stupid or possibly too arrogant to look into the mirror and realize you are the problem, you gotta blame someone…

You’re missing the point. And your initial issue was you wanted a link to support the claim.

Now once it’s been presented your response is you’re ok with Jetho meddling with our coordinators assistants. Geeze
How did he meddle? His contract was up. Jerry didn't know what DQ was going to do so he did nothing, which includes not renewing Edward's contract. Now Quinn has decided to come back. I imagine if he wants Edward's he can have him. Otherwise what's to stop DQ from leaving?

Amidst the celebration of Quinn returning let me be the one to remind you of what just happened.

The Cowboys released George Edwards yesterday to the confusion of their own coordinator. The guy they supposedly covet and hand the keys to the defense to.

Well that guy is now coming back and he sure would like to know why one of his assistants isn't there anymore and why he wasn't involved in the decision.

GMs pick coaches. Coaches pick coordinators. Coordinators pick their assistants. Any interference in that is mismanagement and you know who is the cause of it.

Some things will just never change.

I’m gonna wait and see how this all plays out. Edwards had an expiring contract, the cowboys didn’t fire him.
Yeah people act like he was told to clean out his desk and walked out the door by security. lol It's just that his contract wasn't renewed.

I'm sure if the dysfunction was that bad, Quinn wouldn't have come back.

This tread is a prime example of how ignorant people are so easily
It's a media member reporting something.

See this is 2023. The media now uses Twitter to report things.
It’s Twitter and was a “feeling” from a 3rd party. You believe everything on Twitter? :lmao2::lmao2:

DQ has complete trust in Jones boys. He knows that their keen coaching eye will bring topa shelf talent.

There’s just no real incentive for Quinn to say publicly “oh yeah they told me edwards would be let go” or “I thought changes would be coming with him” 1) he’s not gonna throw another coach under the bus and saying “I’m not surprised they fired edwards” comes with negative connotations and if the 2 have a cordial relationship how does Quinn look saying publicly he knew behind the scenes a fellow coach on the staff is losing his job.

2) at this point he’s interviewing with other teams that still think he’s interested in a head coaching position. So the perception should be that he’s entirely focuses on these new opportunities and not engaged with the cowboys on coaching decisions

Saying “that really surprises me” talks up that coach almost as if the team is making a mistake and makes edwards appear more desirable or at leas that’s the intent

Just remember this when a media member posts a third party tweet that supports an argument you might have in the future.
If that was a third party tweet from someone in the dallas media defending Jerry or the team for something you would be a ok believing it and using is as evidence of you being right.

I don't care if you like Risen or not.
I don't are if you like the message or not.
Todays sports media use twitter to get out quick info and although they can be wrong at times buy jumping the gun there are also right plenty of times. Its the media world we live in now.

Knock off the personal attacks.
If you want to argue a point of view with other members, do so without personal attacks. This is not a new rule ladies and gents.

So many trying to defend the dysfunction of this Front Office and more specifically, the Ownership.

Mike McCarthy before taking the Cowboys job " I will never not call plays again"

Mike McCarthy the day of his hire "I plan on calling the plays"

Mike McCarthy the day after his hire "We don't want to mess with the continuity so Kellen will call the plays"

The fan base "Mike thinks Kellen is a genius! Just like Jerry!"

Reality: Kellen stinks. Jerry can't run a football team.
I am not sure if @Reality said this or not, could you provide a link please?

;)
