They very well could. They seem to be playing better than the Cowboys.

He means that you should never count on another team to help you win the division. The Cowboys need to take care of their own selves and not worry what other teams do. It's completely out of their hands what the eagles do.

Agreed. It would be silly to say that Dallas shouldnt be worried. Homer or not I dont think they are a better team that the Cowboys but the whole schedule can be troubling and anything can happen.

Actually, you don't. Dallas just has to go 4-0 or 3-1(as long as that 1 is not against the Eagles) to win the division. That is what they need to focus on.

I would feel better if the Lions can win on Sunday so that it won't be a lot of pressure to win on Monday Night

You are too young for all that.

I actually don't watch Cowboys games live any more. I record them and then wait on the results. I then watch the recording. My heart is much healthier for it and I am far less stressed. Even the losses don't hit as hard. Started doing it late last season.

Anyway, Dallas has to play well to determine their future. If they play well they can beat the teams left on their schedule. If they play poorly, they can lose the 4 remaining games or lose enough to miss the playoffs. it is truly up to them whether they make it to the post season and make it on a high note.

The Eagles are our only competition from here out. Ive known this since week 12. Foles is the leader of that team and he is the difference maker. I am proud of our Cowboys handing him his worst performance yet this season. Hope we are ready again if it all rides on week 17

See, that is what I am talking about! The Lions could win on Sunday, but that is not going to relieve any pressure on the Cowboys winning on Monday Night. The Lions could win and the Cowboys could still lose.

What another team does, does have meaning, I agree with you. But, never should someone seek help from another team if they want to be a playoff caliber team. Screw other teams.
