I always get 2 1st rd picks and a rookie Qb for Dak on Madden
Better hurry up before the next roster update. Dak fixing to drop 10 points OVR after last night. Kinda makes me want to buy madden 24 so I can do what Jerry should have done this off-season with #4.

They could possibly lose 4 in a row here, though I think the Chargers and Rams are possible wins.

That would doom McCarthy asap and elevate Quinn to head coach. Not sure if they'd Trey Lance the rest of the season for draft picks, but not likely.

But here's the deal. The 49ers will crush the Eagles, too. It's going to get interesting.
You know the eagles are going to lose? I’ll bet they make more of a fake if then we did. The difference is Hurts is a proven winner, he’s not a pea brain from Mississippi St

It'll be a game, but they aren't the same. The Eagles just got lucky last year when Purdy got hurt at the beginning of the game.

I'm an OU guy, and I loved Hurts the one year we had him.

If that game truly sealed Dak’s tenure here, then i couldnt be more ecstatic
I spent all week - I have receipts - gleefully texting a friend of mine that we would lose and this game would be Dak's undoing. I almost lost my nerve on gameday - out of nostalgia - but then I remembered...all the prior letdowns.

When you can predict a letdown - hi Romo - it's time to move on.

Yeah, if the Cowboys win the next two games, they will be favored. All will be well at the Star. Dallas actually has the soft spot in the schedule coming up if you take away the Eagles game. The stretch before Thanksgiving will probably seal Dak’s fate one way or the other.
It’s sealed signed and delivered. If Jerry wants a fan base he better out dak on the street and I wouldn’t mind seeing Lance to know if with game time he improves. It’s a win win bc we can go higher up in draft spots or we get to see what he has with actual game time

I wait till madden drops to like 30 and then I get it. But I think I'm skipping this year

I like him as a person, but, as far as play goes, Dak can't be extended. We need a replacement for him. What we need is a QB to be drafted. We can sit him like the Chiefs did with Mahomes for a year while Dak plays out the last year of his contract. But then, it's time to move on from Dak.
Nope no time for that I’m throwing out the my boys gear if he’s even inclvited back to training camp next year. Two years ago was my last year, then last year I stated same thing. I’m not playing anymore, I’ll be moving on from this organization that I’ve backed for 40 years. Dak can kma all the way back to Mississippi he isn’t a stop gap he’s a loser

I'm an OU guy too, and the only two players safe from trade should be Lamb and Gallimore, and Parsons, my honorary Sooner. I think the team that just shocked Texas on Saturday could have thumped the Niners. Imagine Stutsman and Gabriel wearing the Star on their helmet. Brent Venables would never coach for Jerrah though so its only a dream.

Crimson and Cream went toe-to-toe with the Burnt Orange...and burned them at the end.

Me too been rooting for ou since my dad raised me that way. Have watched ou since cake funds days in a small south Texas town where only UT and A&M fans. My dad would put me in OU cloths and send me off to school to see if I could take care of myself. It was kind of a weird special forces mindset.lol. Anyway he grad 65 in pharmacy. I wound up at LSU but will always be crimson and cream, like the fight song born and raised til I die;). Dad passed in 22 and couldn’t watch last year as was too painful, haven’t missed one this year. RedRiver game was awesome and could feel him close. Anyway I just feel like Jalen doesn’t get enough credit considering he’s improved year over year. He’s 5-0 and people still think Dakota is better. Jalen doesn’t always need 300+ in the air, one thing he doesn’t do is go there and out

troy aikman never have great stats either. he was absolutely surrounded by HOFers. If Dak had thrown for 600 yards lastnight, i think we would have won the game. I'm not saying he played good, but the rest of the team was right there with him, especially the defense.
A HOFer didn't have great stats.

Purdy only threw for 252 yards. He won the matchups because he is accurate and can see the plays unfolding. Dak threw for 153 yards and threw 3 picks but you want him to throw more? 600 yards? That would be 3 more INTs but we would have won? I don't understand. The math is not mathing.

It was over long ago.

It just took awhile for others to catch up.

Some still haven't, but Dak will leave them no choice

The next question is the hardest and most critical.

What now? This roster is good, so they need to hurry up and make the moves.

But what they are, I have no idea. I'm interested in guys like Darnold, who never played with a good team but has some skills. Kyler Murray? Davis Mills?

We're stucker than stuck.
I'm not sure of the answer but I do know one thing for sure. Backup or starter, the next guy taking snaps at QB had better be MOBILE. No more statues. Standing in one spot gets you killed against the good teams. Imagine a Lamar Jackson type QB in Dallas as a reclamation project. Much, much more dangerous than Dak. Nobody open....boom...15-20 yd run.

That was it. It's over. Dak Prescott will be gone in 2024. October 10th, 2023, was the day Dak's career in Dallas died.

Three just horrible performances in a row against the 49ers. Regressing rapidly. He looked 45 years old last night. His eyes were bigger than the 49ers side of the scoreboard. Last night looked like every big game against a legitimately good team for Dak.

Every. Single. One.

Dak's most ardent supporters have abandoned him today locally. Bob Sturm even said that thoughts of extension talks must stop immediately. This has to end. Let him play out the string this year, but unless he does a full 360 in these games, let him go.

CeeDee is done with him. His body language said so. Saw that from Amari in the end, too. Parsons played half-hearted. The whole team saw what we saw. Passes fluttering around like butterflies in the wind. No trips to the red zone. Happy feet. No confidence. Absolutely zero confidence in himself.

The coaches and players have no confidence in him either. McCarthy dumbed it down as far as he could go for Dak. It ain't working. The Farve and Rodgers plays were left back in Wisconsin because those are pipe dreams.

That's it. This team will likely fall into the back end of the playoffs and go out like a candle in a tornado.

The team needs a full makeover, but the first move is to move on from Dak.

Finally. Thankfully.
Yep, it's time.
Wished it could have had a happier ending.
