The even-keel, straight-shooter, non knee-jerk thread

So much for even keel. The run the ball more crowd is not calling for the run when we are down by 10 or more with time running out, we are just calling for the run more in general.
Especially when the score is close and it's 1st down. To often are we faced with 2nd and long or even worse, third and long.
Can we discuss this issue objectively and stop calling it an "Agenda." The only agenda here is to fix the team and start winning from our key pads...c:

That's fine and I understand that.

However, with this game you can't just look at the box score and say we should have run the ball more, because our situations did not dictate it, and when we DID try to run, for the most part we were unsuccessful at it.

When we were down three or less, we had 12 first down plays, and ran 6 passes and 6 runs.

Not to change the subject but how do ya'll think Free will hold up against Washington?
I'm thinking he might not be strong enough to hold up at the point of attack and he should need some help.I also think Washington will want to attack him with stunts/twists and a few delayed blitzes.

Any thoughts?

I'm not sure, I havent seen Free play besides yesterday, and dont know much about him.

They're going to come after him I'd assume though.
