I will say this: he was a 4th round pick. While his career here was frustrating, 4th rounders rarely stick around for a long time and it's even more rare that they become big-time players.

Because some do. Doesn't mean the others are a bust, considering they aren't projected to be impact players anyways. Some are surprises, and that's why you draft in later rounds.

Favorite Matt Johnson moment? Mine was that one preseason game he played in last year.

I remember when we drafted him. I thought it was a reach, but at least we got 3 solid years out of him. This will go down as another secondary player we drafted that never ended up doing anything for us. It's quite a long list.
