Of course not. But they are on top unless they get knocked off.

No. Then that means they got knocked off.

Why when im a Dallas Fan?

So if the G-girls lose in week 3, does that mean they "got knocked off"? Or does it apply to when Dallas plays them?

and you think talking up the Giants on a message board will somehow make that happen?

I don't think im talking up the giants.

Im just trying to give some of you reality.

We aren't invincible and we havn't won a playoff game in 12 years.

People on this board were talking all kinds of mess about the giants.

Then boom they win the Super Bowl.

and they are better than last season.

You don't lose Michael Strahan, Osi Umenyiora, Kavika Mitchell and Gibril Wilson and then get better. They beat the Deadskins at home and then the Rams on the road....wow.

ooooooh watch out her come the Gmen!

It simply applies when they get eliminated from the playoffs or don't make it.

As i said you have comprehension problems.

Actually I don't have any comprehension problems... I am just trying to understand your logic of the G-Girls...

It pains and disgusts me to say that - but they are and they are better than last season.
Can we beat them? - I'm not sure now after that choke in the playoffs - I'm really not.
The G-Men have it all - top notch coaching - Coughlin>Phillips everyday of the week , the only spot we have them is Houck over Flaherty , but Flaherty is no slouch.
Eli is no longer a joke, he's Top 5-7 in the NFL and is every bit as good as Romo or Rothlisberger.
The Giants 3 pronged running attack and Big WR Corps is as deadly a weapon package as you'll find and when Eli gets time, his deep ball is almost always on.
Lastly they have the best OL in the NFL and IMO their secondary is as deep as any.

We have our hands full.
I can't believe what i just read. We WILL destroy the so called NY football giants. Personally, I have to say the Eagles will be more of a test with ole jim johnson at the helm of the defense.

go buy an Eli jersey and jump on their bandwagon then ok?

Geez...they beat a mediocre Commanders team and blew out a pathetic Rams team, and your acting like they are the 85 Bears or something

Relax with telling me what to do, I've been a Cowboys fan longer than most have been alive. What I am saying is, the Giants are not and were not a fluke. Eli has blossomed and IMO Tom Coughlin is as close to a no nonsense coach as there is in sports today. You can bet his QB won't be vacationing on prep week in the playoffs.

This thread is disgusting. It's good that some of you like to keep things in perspective. But don't throw what happened last year in our face like it means anything for this year. Last year ended the day before free agency began. It's a new year now. What happened last year happened. Move on. At least show some faith in your team in your posts when you try to keep things perspective.

And guess what, Dallas still had chances after chances to win that game. Vacationed QB or not. I keep seeing post how Dallas got "whooped." We lost 21-17 with a chance to win the game at the end, with a terrible 3rd corner, and with our 3rd receiver dropping at least a very very long gainer if not a touchdown, not 34-10. If you're tryign to keep things in perspective, look at the entire picture.

The Giants are a very good team, but are they the best team at this stage of the season?

Agreed.

And how exactly did Tony Romo's vacation to Mexico last season cause the team's exit from the playoffs last season? I'm assuming that's what you're referring to.

you're picking the wrong season to jump off the bandwagon of the cowboys.

Stop it will you, calm down... Look at the teams they played. I think Dallas will make a statement on Monday night. Everyone knows the NFC East is the toughest division in the NFL.

Lame answer.

Last time i checked they were NFL teams. They beat who they were supposed to. Just like i expect Dallas to do the same thing to the eagles.
