It's just more face slapping at this point. He should have been fired after the GB playoff embarrassment.

His lack of preparation over these 5 years has consistently shown how he can not get this team ready to play effectively against playoff competition.
Regular season games against playoff caliber teams look the same as well.

He's a failure at what he was hired to do.

Look at this chargers game... everyone thought it would be different this year from them. It's more of the same. Even though they have shown positives this year under harlborugh..... My point being, change doesn't happen overnight. MM had his chances, especially in the playoffs. His teams looked awful and unprepared.... most penalized as well. Jerry is always going to meddle, but maybe we can find a guy that can get the most out of this team.
