He won't be cut. At least not until we have a decent replacement. Randle and DMC are the only 2 they trust.

Randle is a mental midget. So much for not being a cancer on this team.

How in the world is this tied to the Rat thing?

They mentioned that the situation with what was termed as a 'lockdown' situation for the office folks at Valley Ranch seems to be a combination of Randle being emotional and the NFL notifying the team that Jay Ratliff is back in town, possibly worried he might stop by to start trouble.

Fisher reported that it wasn't the demotion that set Randle off. And Todd Archer reported that the league may be taking action against Randle for his prior domestic issue, possibly resulting in a suspension. Not defending the boneheaded, but is the league seriously just now going to do something? If so, that's beyond ridiculous!

This situation is ridiculous . What has this sport become? A player gets mad about one thing or another, and the whole organization is in fear. What does this really say about the type of people that is in this league ? If I was an owner, I wouldn't consider having players like this playing for me.

I have to think that Ratliff is finished as a player, but if I were running a multi-billion dollar company like the NFL, I would be communicating directly with Ratliff, informing him that he is currently an ex-NFL player who has no business going anywhere near a league facility, and that if he does, for any reason, he will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

No grey area, no fun and games, no Ratliff alerts. Deal with this guy.

This team is tearing at the seams. It's become apparent it was only held together with Romo glue and Dez tape.

Garrett better stop preening and speechifying and start getting control of this mess. The on and off field product right now is garbage.

Wow, lets pile on our own player who's upset about taking a demotion from a starting position. Get your pitchforks out and take a poke at a Cowboy player who's not poster boy perfect and not the top RB in the league. Yes Randle has had his issues but Dang, I would be more concerned about a player if he wasn't upset about being demoted to second string. But hey we all "fans" act much more mature about these situations than players. Especially when the camera is on us all. Oh but wait. Just sayin.

I'm guessing Randle felt like bad things were just piling up on him (from what I gather, he was also aware of the league about to come out with punishment for his incident this last summer).
Kind of reminds me of a personal situation I had quite a few years back. I was stationed in Hawaii and had had a rough day at work. I was driving down the road and my day got worse when one of my tires went flat. I pulled over to fix the flat, and while I was jacking the car up, the day got even worse when it started raining. Well, passing showers are pretty common in Hawaii, but this was different because when the rain started, I kind of stood up and didn't see rain anywhere else...just on me. Hell, the sun was even shining! But then I turned around and saw a sprinkler system going off on top of a tall chain link fence behind me. All of a sudden my bad day got a little better because I couldn't help but laugh at myself. I think Randle might have felt it was raining on just him. I don't know how all this is going to shake out, but I hope, just as a human being, he gets a little sunshine back in his life.

yeah , the run blocking was much better this last game and randle was doing good before hurt.

But leaving today just shows how stupid he is, he makes the same $ sitting on the bench, and for what he is making I would happily go to the bench.
McF could get hurt in this next game so he should just be a good boy and wait and see what happens.

No player that ever has the potential to be great or even good would "Happily go to the bench". If he would have happily went to the bench with the attitude of making the same money either way that would be a bigger issue than him walking out for whatever the reason he walked out was.. Any good player has an insane amount of competitiveness and is never going to take a demotion well.. especially in this case when he never really got a real opportunity.. Murray would have struggled the first 5 games.

He needs to start cutting and benching players to send a message

This is a perormance based system and, up until last Sunday, no one in our scatback by committee stable had distinguished themselves as being worthy of lead dog carries.

Hence the term, running back by committee. No different than the Giants, Pats.......

You don't walk out... You get out there and you fight. Players with desire and potential fight. He didn't handle it the right way, and walked out. If you want to be angry fine! But get your *** on the field and prove to the coaches they made a mistake, all you did was prove they made the right call. Stomping out of the playground because you got your toy taken away is childish.

This claim that Randle didn't get a real opportunity is horse ****. he had Romo for game 1 and most of game 2 he started both those games. He ran good in the first half of the ATL and disappeared after that. If you start and get carries you have an opportunity. If you disobey a direct order from coaches and you get benched that's on you. He is a knucklehead and his talent isn't worth this type of trouble. He isn't a superstar.

Players handle demotions all the time period how many walk out? He isn't a big money FA or a First Round Draft Choice with that much clout. He was handed the job with barely any competition period. His bad attitude, and ****** play got him benched.

Stop making excuses, and pretending that him being a competitor is why he walked out. It was chicken **** and handled like a entitled spoiled brat.

Good Story and been there myself and will be again. When that black cloud shows itself, we all need to learn to laugh it off knowing the sun will be back out eventually. Being stationed in Hawaii certainly helps!!

His injury got him benched. Period. He had 2 carries for 24 yards before getting injured.

I swear, some of you act like Randle stole your girlfriend or something.

Fishers says it was Tuesday when Randle departed the team facility.

It appears that it was in response to the suspension news, not being demoted.

An unconfirmed report indicated that Randle was meeting with "someone" when he departed. My guess would be that he was meeting with his Lawyer.

It appears that it was Wednesday when Garrett said that McFadden would be the starter. If true and Randle departed on Tuesday then it would seem to confirm that it was related to the suspension not the demotion.

Also for anyone that is not up to date, the suspension is from the incident that happened over 8 months ago, not something that he did recently.

This seems like another reporting situation similar to:

There is a video of Dez.

Greg Hardy shoved the ST coach (The ST coach actually shoved Hardy for anyone that has not seen the video).
