I'm about to show my age but I'd have to go with The Allman Brothers Band.

Underrated? Who doesn't love the Allmans?

Nazareth. They were ahead of their time, IMO.

Also, The Guess Who. The lead vocalist should be mentioned in every "Greatest Singers" list.

Stray Cats, King Crimson, ZZ Top, Bloodrock.....they were actually a band from Ft. Worth that used to open for Grand Funk.

KISS-you either love'em or you hate'em....geniuses in marketing...great vocals...all good to great players...great albums-destroyer,love gun,Alive and Alive II... like any band that will appear on this list...lottsa GUTTS...didn't quit.

and confession....I LOVE the Dynasty album.

Any thread that has "Kiss" listed as underrated has clearly gone off the rails... LOL!

I love Kiss, but if anything they probably should be on an overrated list.

They played some shows up here in the north east not long ago... Did big numbers.

I saw where 3 Dog Night played in a casino in Shreveport not long ago. Robert Plant is still cranking out some new songs as well.
