No she was probably trying to beat the hell out of Hardy, because she's a crazy *****, and he was trying to defend himself. If there's no witnesses or video then it's his word against hers. In a trial he wins without that evidence.

By saying "she was probably" . . . , you are assuming something that has no supporting evidence. I understand your point, but this is the kind of thing that gets misconstrued. It is as probable, and even more likely, that Hardy inflicted the injuries on her. While defending himself, certainly, but still it is more likely than she did it herself. I say this because the police recorded and photographed the injuries at the scene. To believe she inflicted them on herself, I am to assume she went away for a while and bruised herself up, and no one was paying attention.

So while possible, it is not as probable as other scenarios. People may construe your statement to be a your actual position on the injuries, and I don't think that was what you were trying to say. Am I wrong?

Question #1...On the witness stand she said he choked her and she told him, "Just dot it. Kill me." Name me one person who can talk while being choked?

Question #2...No police officer who testified at the trial said he saw strangle marks on her neck. No photos in the evidence list of strangle marks on her necks. Is perjury still a crime?
