Cowboys are in first place with most penalties this year and that doesn’t include this week where they had 11. These penalties have a huge effect on the game stopping offensive drives and extending defensive drives. Time the coaches stopped paying lip service to addressing the penalties.

Agreed you can’t be behind the chains as much as we are and have sustained success.
Especially with our play caller . This has been a multi year issue unfortunately and the coach hasn’t done squat

This board continually blames Dak for failed drives and he bears some responsibility with missed throws but the offense stalls out for reasons other than the qb a lot.

But but he makes 60 mil. Waah!

That’s something that can’t be defended. The pre snap stuff especially. McCarthy is a lame duck and the culture is toxic anyway. These dummies are not going to be disciplined.

This has been going on for years. This team has absolutely no discipline. This team is going no where big comitting so many penalties. Although Im not a big Dak person or believer anymore, these penalties are not his fault.

This team hasn't been disciplined in a while it seems. And I think it creates a reputation for refs to focus on certain players for false start, holding etc...

doesn't help too they have two rookies on the offensive line, playing new positions for the first time too.

It's a good welcome the to the NFL for Beebe and Guyton

If we were playing a good team those penalties would have cost us the game.
We stopped there running game and we even ran the ball efficiently but the penalties negated a lot of the good that was done.

More of McCarthy's failures didn't he promised to clean up the penalties years ago.
Fortunately we play the Giants a couple times a year they're suckage helps make up for our multitude of sins

On Lamb's touchdown, can someone tell me what was the penalty? Was it taunting? I had the volume off because I had two live streams going besides the game.

No accountability or discipline for when the penalties happen. Why change ?

Yeah, but committing that many players in the box may not work so well against a better QB.

Never going to happen with this coaching staff and organization's culture.

I wish we had more positive posts around here. Seems like some people can only post about needing to trade for DTs because ours are so bad and point out the negatives like penalties.
Ok a positive, we won. Nothing wrong with pointing out problems, especially, a sloppy win like yesterday.

Dumbest penalty award goes to Tolbert. I don’t know how you get a penalty on a kick return like that.

It’s a coaching issue. Discipline, focus. It’s been an issue for years and definitely the entire McCarthy era. It’s pathetic.
:hammer: Hence why we need to move on...McCarthy has had 4 years to clean this up....never has....never will.
