Yeah, but committing that many players in the box may not work so well against a better QB.
Agreed circumstances alter cases
And unfortunately we don't get to play the Giants every week

We we could get torched with the long ball playing a better team

here's my insight and i know it doesnt mean much but this is a league wide problem ,the officials call these when they feel like it if you watch the games they can get 15 penalties on both teams and when they decide inside you they pick on one team or the other in a game and it's weird and I'm not saying conspiracy but it is odd they make mistakes they're not held accountable but they're controlling this situation and the Seattle Seahawks won their Super Bowl with Russell Wilson leading the league in penalties asking a head coach or coaching staff to somehow fix something that's not broken the league decides when they're going to call these penalties it's been a very well known fact that holding is happening at almost every play and there are lots of actual penalties that are uncalled that they can be called so whenever the official feel like it they'll ring him up how do you think both teams the giants and the Cowboys almost have the same amount of penalties in the same game the same officiating crew that's why that's the answer some officiating crews let the players play some of them call the same penalties on both teams and keep it even like they focus on one thing maybe they like calling pass interference or some like calling offensive holding or late hits on a quarterback and they'll just do that for that game but they let everything else go.

So like I said I believe in my opinion and this is just my insight this cannot be fixed and I know it seems like the Cowboys have more but if you look around the league it depends on the officiating crew, but I see like games like the Saints we got called for all those penalties why did they not get called for the same penalties they were all over the field there were penalties , i saw 7 on the Saints NOT CALLED.. So the Saints coaching staff gets credit for less penalties than the Cowboys no that's on the officials they chose to do that.. A lot of teams are committing penalties they're just not being called this has nothing to do with coaching and I don't think there's anything that you can do except for to preach it throughout the week to try to limit your mistakes but when you're playing full speed football it's kinda hard to remember when you're trying to stop a player you feel like you were responsible for missing a tackle on the next play maybe you do too much but this is uncontrollable in my opinion I've seen some of the best teams in the league commit a lot of penalties and some not and I think the ones that aren't just happening not coincidentally get called for in that game...
So who knows if there's some bias in officiating cruise or some officiating cruise like to see themselves on TV we don't know if they have a narrative or something coming down from the NFL office that they want done in these certain games but I can tell you this I think it's stupid for us to blame the coaching staff for this cause from what I see with my own eyes there's not a lot of you can do to control this penalties are happening every play it is up to the officials to decide if they feel like calling them they will and if they don't they don't..
