That last one should be first as that's a "hanker for" sandwich if there ever was one, created by Nick Cantone's in Harrisburg. The Hoagie bun is toasted and then layered with ham, salami, hot and sweet cappicola, pepperoni, bacon and a slice of provolone with Dijon mustard and warmed in the oven. It is truly as great in that last bite, with tears, as the very first.

It's a cool story, actually started by fireman.

I got Philly cheesesteaks there for my wife and I when they first opened in Dallas and we both got sick, I never went back.

For a sub, I like Jersey Mike's.
