He says he has been running 3.5 weeks now. That was very encouraging to hear. I guess that doesn't hurt the nerve.....

Anyone we draft outside of Zeke won't help much this year anyways. So they went for the now with Zeke and for the future with Jaylon. Both are building towards the future but Zeke can help now also

I think Prescott is the pick about 50 minutes from now.

Talk about having inside information. They must know he is going to be alright. Right?

No. Everyone is forgetting this is Jerry, the dog with the wagging tail in the poker painting.

Jerry: So doc, will his leg fall off?
Doc: Well, no, of course not, he just...
Jerry: So you are saying he will be 100% for training camp!
Doc: I said nothing of the sort, he will obviously need time and with nerve damage you never know how fast...
Jerry: Right! You never know just how fast those nerves will heal! Stephan, run the card up to the podium! Where's my drink...

I'm being half facetious, but those thinking we have some sort of inside information because of who the doctor is are forgetting who is interpreting that information. And the fact that the doctor is certainly liable to have to tell every other team exactly what he tells us - it's not like he can inform the league of Smith's impending doom while telling us he is fine.

We used our doctor to say all the right things to scare teams off. Lol. Might not be so farfetched as you may think. However, I really do feel that we have a better scoop than everyone is making it seem because we have the doctor and the inside scoop.
