The team can not fall apart because of 1 injury

I actually like how the middle of the DL looks so far with Woods. We got a lot of solid 3 tech types and Irving is an incredible player that should be back in a month.

football nothin....how about life. A positive outlook is so much more fun. Get another hobby like golf (which I love by the way). People have the right to express themselves on the boards but the season hasn't even started and we are Doomed doomed, doomed doomed.

I mean, last year we went what 9-7. That wasn't good enough to make the playoffs but we have a better D this year especially in the LB area. Let's face it. Injuries (key player injuries), just kill you. Let's pray for next to none. We stay healthy, I believe we are contenders....at least for the playoffs.

It is tough, we want Cowboys to win, but if they win then JG wins, Jerry wins etc.

It never will bother me because I don't hate JG as a person only as a coach. If he wins a SB then we all win. Most of his bashing is because of his stupid coaching moves. If he wins a SB then I guess the process is over and waving monkey was right. lol

All good Dandy, nothing like eating ones cake and saving it too. Personally or as a fan I have no problem with either JG or JJ. In fact if I was a player I would want to play for JJ the owner. Yes his one time decisions as GM have been frustrating but IMO SJ is the steadying influence now. As far as JG and I'm gonna get hatred for this, he has a better record over 8 seasons than Landry had and yes I understand, Landry coached a new team. The crazy thing is, if JG wins 2 SB's in his career, which he could, he will be equal to the icon. How could a fan who has spit vitriol and vehemence for years against JG ever enjoy that. Too bad so sad don't care
 
Ummm but it will. Happened in 2013. 2015. 2017. What makes you think year will be any different? This staff has no idea how to gameplan and adjust to situations like this. Until proven otherwise.

That's great, I think everyone here has a right to their opinion or view point.
No matter who the coach is some will dislike him and some will love him, and some wont care, just win ! lol

As fans we have no say over anything with the cowboys, but sometimes I think people come here and criticize a player, coach, or jerry,
and think if enough do the same something will change, but that isnt gonna happen.

To those fans, you gotta go public in some fashion to have any effect on the cowboys.

If Dallas fails this year then Jason Garrett just can not escape because of this 1 injury.

We can not have a coach that makes his team so fragile that the whole thing falls apart with an injury.

Dak’s a veteran now and showed he has no problems reading defenses. Not as important as when he was a wide-eyed rookie.

Dude. Guess you don’t know me very well or at all. I’m one of the happy fans and proud. That doesn’t mean I suffer from blind obedience.

I’ve been more than patient with Garrett, his coaching, and his errors.

I’m still with the team 100% and I’m fairly sure we’ll win 10+ games and make the playoffs.

Can you explain to me how you got end of the world negativity out of a mostly toungue in cheek comment about a three peat and my unhappiness with Garrett?
That way we won’t have anymore misunderstandings.


Im actually in a debate currently in another thread about fans giving up on the team in August. So please don’t be so sensitive and get some facts before you lump me into a the dreaded realist crowd.

Call me stupid. Call me ugly. Talk about my mom. Don’t call me a realist or group me with them :)

Sure it can... Everything that can go wrong often goes wrong. Teams that have bad coaching and unfortunate injuries
gravitate to the bottom of the league and pick in the top 5 of next year's draft.

Well this: It would take a three-peat to convince me Garrett isn’t a below average at best coach.
