Thanks for playing Mr Vintage sir!

You can even put the numbers from their first 16 games as Cowboys. Since everybodys favorite excuse is that they haven't had enough time together. Even with Drew Bledsoe he made Roy look like crap. Facts are facts people. Has nothing to do with wanting to be right.

It's about the only ammo they have left to use. Lord knows RW doesn't give them any ammo by doing something on the field on a consistant basis.

Pretty much dead on.

Ah ok sorry and Romo gets a pass for all his passes. My bad its ALL Roys Williams and not the bad throws. I guess Miles should have caught his too. I bet Miles ran the wrong route. Again Romo is God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the ball hits your hands, then no freaking excuses. I dont give a dam if the ball was high or low or in front or behind, if it hits your hands you catch it.

This is the freaking NFL, the ball is not always going to hit you in stride. I see Marcus Colston jumping over defenders every freaking week to go get a ball that Brees has thrown 15 feet in the air.

I dont see Colston whinning like a little girl about high balls, he goes up and makes a play. Maybe Colston just has a bigger set of man berries than Roy and is not scared to get hit. Either that or Roy just sucks.

You know..... it's like this to me.... I'm so glad we won. We really needed to get that W going into the Thursday game. Yes. It was a butt ugly win but I will take it. That said, do I really need to say anything else about the incredible loafer that calls himself Roy? I mean really... Does anyone that continuously countered my (our) cries of disgust with this waste of space earlier in the year still have any energy left in the tank? Waste... waste.. ****ing waste... We have got to do something with this loser in the offseason. I know Jerry is a proud man and all but he is going to have to eat this one... This bum has got to go loaf elsewhere....

When Ware whispered in Romo's ear on the sideline he said "don't throw another ****ing pass to Roy Williams today"...

I was in favor of the trade and was jumping up and down the day we made the deal. However, after a freaking year and a half it is clear as day that the guy is just a bum.

Two more balls today hit him in the hands and he dropped them like a hot potatoe. Dont even get me started on the pass that he didnt even look for until the last moment and then just stuck up 1 hand for a half-hearted attempt.

Anybody else notice our offense didnt go south until Roy started popping off about not getting good balls thrown to him??? We were just killing people on offense until then and now we have what, 2 TDs in like the last 25 possessions or something???

He is a JAG, nothing more. Problem is that we gave up draft picks and financial considerations for a top 5 player. Roy is never going to be top 5 guys, that is the cold hard truth we need to all accept.

It's simply undeniable: when Romo throws the ball to Miles Austin, more often than not, good things happen. When he throws to Roy Williams, that isn't the case.

We gave the big $$$ (and gave up all those picks) to the wrong guy. What a joke Jerry Jones is.

In Jerry's defense, everybody thought we were getting a top 5 WR. I was in favor of the trade as well as a large number of posters on this board, so if we are going to throw Jerry under the bus then about 2/3 of this board is going under the bus with him.

Nobody thought Roy was going to be this bad, seriously.

It seems like Romo gets discouraged out there and Roy Freaking Williams is a BIG part of it. This team is trying to get rid of that dysfunctional, loser "stink" from the past 10yrs and Williams is not helping.

Please Jerry, get that guy OFF the field and give Romo somebody that will extend drives, not kill them.

Of course Romo is getting discouraged out there, Roy drops every freaking ball that is thrown to him. Seriously, if I was Romo I would just not even bother anymore trying to get the ball to this scrub.

Lol @ everybody hyping Roys hands in the offseason as a strength. Just proves that nobody payed attention to him prior to coming to Dallas or they wouldn't be shocked by anything that is happening. Hate to say I told you so................well not really.:p:

With Romo being off today it is hard to say how good or bad Williams played today.Romo was high on passes to a bunch of different receivers today and skipped one to Phillips who was all alone.Should Williams have made a few of those catches, maybe? But it's hard to tell how high those passes are from the recliner.

Craig

Those high passes hit Roy in his hands, no excuses to not catch those. Funny how Brees throws passes 15 feet in the air and Colston goes up over everybody to catch it.

I guess Colston has bigger man berries than Roy does, or it could be that Roy is just not that good.

I talked with my bro-in-law about that yesterday. The offense was doing great before he complained about other receivers getting the ball thrown correctly to them. Now it seems like Romo is in a situation again where he has to force the ball to Williams to keep him quiet. Well if that's the case, Williams can ride the pine for the rest of the season. at least make the play when the ball comes your way if you are going to complain about your opportunities.

Agreed....Wade needs to grow a set and tell him to shut up and play or sit. I really hope Jerry can use the non-capped season to get out from under this contract...the guy is worthless.

Roy needs to be cut in the offseason to send a message.

If we get a new coach (unlikely) they'll no doubt do it to send a message.

the guys is worthless.

Regardless if you love or hate RW, tell me why RW should not be benched this coming week. Or why he should.

I see no reason, other than Jerra not wanting to hurt RW's feelings, why he should not be benched for the Raiders. None.

To continue playing him would be the ultimate in ego salvaging for RW/jerra.

Why should RW continue playing? This would be the perfect week for Jerra to announce that RW is still nursing some injuries and he needs "rest." From there on it will be easier to sit RW down (to bench him) and ease Crayton (who has worked his butt off) or Ogle into the lineup instead of RW, monumental bust.

Mods: Git off your thrones and throw away them donuts and gimme a poll!!!!!

Should RW now be benched?

Yes/No

Oh good another thread.

Like to gripe, eh?

You are under no obligation to read it. Or respond.
In the United States we have a tradition of debate and compromise. And having our say.

Unlike bending to a royal idiot in some far off land like you Comedians. I Mean, Canadians. Ooops, I meant Canadiennes. hee-hee.

I don't expect Dallas to throw their hands up and give up on RW. I think many of the WR found it difficult making catches from Romo yesterday. Tony never seem to find a groove in the passing game until late in the game. Romo for what ever reasons was sailing passes high in that game.

To loosely quote my new favorite philosopher, Hostile..

"You'd have a better chance to shove a stick of butter up the nose of a wild beaver at sunset on the 9thday of the month after the full equinox before Roy gets benched."

Ok it's not exact, but I said loosely.

I hope he is benched for no other reason than to to make the RW cry babies shut the hell up.
